Burger King — Restaurant in Vernal

Canceled my order on Doordash twice for some reason? If you're closed you should list yourselves as closed on the app. Doordash charged me for two large family orders totaling over 100$, and because this location canceled the order I'm not only lacking a quick dinner for everyone (i can live with that, not a huge deal) , I'm now out over 100$ for the next 5 BUSINESS DAYS until my money is returned (which I cant live with). I get not being available on doordash, but why even accept orders on the app just to cancel them? And if this is a doordash issue, I suggest the owner of this location call them. Because doordash made it VERY clear to me on the phone this was 100% the fault of this burger king location, and nothing on their end. So if it wasn't your fault, just a heads up, doordash is telling customers it is. And refusing any sort of help beyond returning money a WEEK from when the order was placed. Here's the thing. I don't eat the lunch or dinner here cause I feel the menu is too overpriced. Burger King franchises have gotten out of control. I get it, bidenflation did a number on all of our wallets but the increases are not acceptable or are on par with inflation percentages. Shrink the whopper size, increase the price, then make fries and a drink another $6. Just crazy. The breakfast is the saving grace. Great deals and great menu items. And morning staff are angels. They are so kind and always have a smile for me. They have never messed up an order and the food is always hot and fresh. Sometimes it burns my mouth... that's how fresh it is! And it tastes great. I give a huge thumbs up for BK breakfast! Additionally, watch out on the south side of the parking lot. There is a big Ole pothole there, and if it's filled with water, it can jack up your tire. And also, if you have a big truck, swing wide in the drive thru, or you're gonna have a problem turning and hit the pole on the left or scrape up the undercarriage on the right curb side...

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Disgusting floors and food stations. Old food scattered all across the kitchen and near "fresh food" Spent a hour there for a simple meal, after waiting 25 minutes in reserve area our food (chicken fingers) were burnt and fries extremely undercooked, went in the guy im assuming was manager threw the bag of food we brought back in on the ground, would barely let us speak(only parts of the order were messed up) and had a terrible attitude, was extremely disrespectful torwards my family We got the replacement order and we were supposed to get a bacon king and he gave us a plain burger and chicken fingers that werent even cooked!? had to go back to fix that too. Finally we gave up, these guys didnt offer any sort of reimbursement for our time or refund and we ended up out of $15 and a hour of our time. TERRIBLE restraunt highly dont recommend unless there is a change in work ethic and attitude. The cashier was nice!
