The young girl with green hair is super super unprofessional, and should not be working in customer service, or for any business that wants to look professional, respectable, and to keep business.
I came to get Taco Bell at 12:51am, knowing that the place doesn’t close until 1:00am. I’ve done this quite a few times, even coming a few minutes before closing and have always been served. Tonight I came, and sat and waited at the drivethru. There was 1 person infront of us and no one behind us. The people infront of me ordered. We were next and were then told on the speaker that they’re closed… but it was 12:53. We roll up to the window after the other people get their food, and we see a girl with green hair just sitting on the ground by the window with the window open. She doesn’t even look at us. We kindly ask her if they’re still serving food, and she doesn’t answer or look. So we politely ask again, and she looks and says no. And I said, “yall close at 1, right?” And she doesn’t answer. So I asked again and she asked her coworker if he wanted to serve food and he said “we are closed.” And she looks at us and says “we’re closed. our computers aren’t working.” And we left.
I understand wanting to go home and it being so late. But that’s what hours you’re supposed to work. If a business says it’s closed at 1, they should match their word. It’s very frustrating when workers shut down earlier than said. I understand things happen, situations pop up, accidents and emergencies occur. I’m a waitress and I understand people can be SO rude and we just want to close early because it’s slow or we’ve had a bad day, but that’s not fair to the people who expect store hours to be met. There was no emergency or anything. Just 2 girls and a guy who didn’t feel like bagging up some food and staying open for the normal store hours. I won’t be coming back here. And I understand that it isn’t a big deal to loose 1 customer, but everyone talks about how a lot of the Taco Bell customers are very lazy and rude. And I can’t imagine how many people this green haired girl has made not want to come back. Hopefully the manager can hire better people and actually care about their buisness. Otherwise word will come around and yall will have...
Read moreSo we’re paying way to much money, for our orders to continually be screwed up. So either lower your prices or train your employees. Paying the cost of a fancy dine in experience for fast food, is ridiculous anyways. But to then have said restaurant screw up your order not once but twice! It’s hilarious, like being part of some bad comedy show…. First order they added an extra potato l, then charged me for it. Which i could not catch because the screen cut that part off.(drive thru). They shorted me an extra cheese cup which i paid for. They gave me two hard shell tacos, instead of two soft(what i ordered). They completely forgot the Dorito's locos taco we ordered. We went all the way home to discover their mistakes. (From now on we will sit at window an check order). I went all the way back showed them the mistakes. They attempted to fix. They gave me two more hard tacos…. An the missing Doritos taco…. An forgot the cheese cup. They did refund me for the potatoes…. Can’t believe they screwed up the soft tacos twice in a row but whatever. Didnt even bother giving them a third chance at it. Clearly they’re not listening. Only positive thing i can say is. At least they were willing to try an fix the mistakes. But im sorry we're spending way to much on fast food for it to keep getting screwed up. If we’re going to pay these ridiculous prices; we dam sure better get what we paid for how we fricken want it. Ohh an they forgot the taco sauce…. We got zero sauce for all...
Read moreI don't know what happened to this place. Taco Bell is my favorite fast food so I'm dumb enough to keep giving it chances. It used to be amazing and I never had an order made wrong, but I'm assuming they're under new management or something because the past 3 or 4 times I tried it, my order has been messed up every time (I've tried all different shifts).
First I got a crunch wrap and there was no cheese. Next time I got one again (we all make mistakes sometime) and there was still not a shred of cheese. So next time I asked for extra cheese, opened it up and there wasn't any meat! I tried to avoid it after that but I still get cravings, so I thought "Maybe I'll just compromise and get a completely different meal."
So the last time I went, I got a cheesy gordita crunch and a 5 layer burrito just in case they screwed the other one up. We didn't get the drinks that we ordered and also got the wrong sauce. Luckily the cheesy gordita crunch was edible, but one of my tacos was sloppily covered in the sauce that went on the gordita. Overall, just sloppy and terrible service and they haven't gotten a single order right.
The risk I took was calculated, but man am I...
