After years of frequenting Jamba Juice and ordering the same thing I haven’t had a bad experience until I went to this location. I ordered the Mango-a-go-go smoothie and was super excited to drink it since it’s been a couple months since I had Jamba Juice. Unfortunately yesterday’s experience has ruined my entire perception of the company. I found synthetic white tiny pieces of hair in my entire smoothie. When I came back and confronted the workers to ask to speak to a manager or someone of authority, they said they don’t have a manager and that they only have a boss. This is a serious health concern and the 2 employees made the excuse of “Oh, I get that in my drink all the time” basically calling it normal and that it’s part of the fruit?? How can a synthetic piece of white hair be from a fruit? It’s literally stiff and plastic. It baffles me that I consumed such a drink with plastic hair as the ingredients. They never took down my contact information or wanted to refund me. Instead they just gave me their bosses email address as if he is going to somehow contact me as the customer. There must be some sort of health and safety issue going on at this location that needs to be checked by the appropriate authorities. Please do not support this location of Jamba Juice as it has no management, bad food and services and now I have to live knowing that I drank a bunch of tiny plastic hairs. Read moreJust went in about an hour ago. My friend and I went in, expecting at least a greeting but we were met with silence. The worker, very reluctantly I may add, came to take our orders. She didn’t even ask, she gave us a blank stare until we ordered.
When I asked about the toppings for the açaí bowls, she informed us that they only had strawberries. Not to her fault, but the store should be stocked with the ingredients. The order came out to be just over $23 and I asked if I could pay for half in cash and half on my card. She then proceeded to walk away without saying anything, returning a few moments later from the back saying that I could not with no explanation.
We got our bowls about 15 minutes later despite us being the only customers in the store. The bowls at this point were already melting before we even got to eat them.

Read moreI came here for a bowl, lesson learned, never again it was runny. Then a lady came to order one and there was miscommunication, the two girls were so extremely rude to that lady. The customer didn’t raised her voice, was rude or said anything even though I was about to get up and defend her because of the way she was being mistreated. She asked for their names and they both told her they didn’t have to give it to her. I worked in the service industry and will never talked to someone like that, nor would my managers allow it.
The other issue was their outfit. I’m all for body positivity, I have a 18 year old daughter, but there’s a place for some things and I don’t want to see half of their button out while being served. My daughter was also repulsed by their behavior towards that lady, she has worked in restaurants/fast food service since she was 14.
