I can't say enough about this great little restaurant. Not only will you be amazed how good the food is, but you will be amazed when you look at your bill. This restaurant has got to be the best "bang for your buck" on the whole Treasure Coast. I might add also, the staff is very friendly and are truly concerned and care that you have a nice experience. My wife and I had 2 delicious entrees (very large) and 2 appetizers - the bill was $39. Unbelievable!! To give you an idea, take their spring roll appetizer; any place we've ever been will give you 2 spring rolls for an appetizer. This place gives you 5 spring rolls! Tremendous value and great food. If you held a gun to my head and made me say something negative about this place, the only thing I would come up with is, the building is a little on the older side and when you walk in, it has a little bit of a musty smell. But believe me, I will be frequenting this restaurant many, many times. In fact I brought a party of 8 people there just the other night and they absolutely loved it! I highly recommend Saigon Sushi - you won't be...

Super calm atmosphere, great place to visit after the beach, the sushi is reasonably priced and SO GOOD! Unfortunately I can't say anything about the other food items on the menu because I usually get sushi there, however, I will say that the food is good warmed up the next day if your eyes were bigger than your stomach, like mine.

They make little roses out of the straw papers, definitely a unique touch to the experience.

The menus could definitely go for a cleanup. Some menu items were difficult to see. Dining, they don't check on you a million times, which is nice. If you need something, just ask.

The parking is a bit tricky. You have 3 options:

  1. parallel parking, a beach-side specialty! Locals love parallel parking, therefore you will learn to love it too. Or, at the very least, get some practice in.
  2. if there even is a spot for angular parking, just like at Publix or Sam's Club. Easy to get into, sometimes hard to get out (visually).
  3. normal parking, with light exercise. The best way to go into a restaurant, in my opinion. No stress of parking, and some calories...

We went on a busy Friday night and I don't know if the server was new or just having a bad day, but when food was served without utensils or napkins, the server sped off without asking if we needed anything. We could barely get his attention to ask for utensils as he was quickly walking by our table, and when he came to give us chopsticks, we were then able to have his attention long enough to ask for napkins as well. I can understand when servers are dealing with a rush there might be some slower service, and I'm fine with waiting, but these were rookie mistakes that he could have saved himself several rushed trips back and forth if he'd stopped long enough to notice and maybe ask what we might need. My wife and I were hoping to have some high quality fresh fish While we are so close to the ocean, but sadly it wasn't any better than most of the sushi places back home in Utah far from any coast. I wouldn't discourage people from going here but I also can't recommend it. It was okay. I imagine having a different server, or going on a less busy night we easily might have had a...

I've been a loyal customer of this sushi restaurant for nearly 15 years, and it remains, without question, the best sushi spot on the entire Treasure Coast. The fish is consistently fresh, and their menu offers an impressive variety that caters to all tastes. Beyond the sushi, the rest of the menu is equally outstanding, delivering quality and flavor in every dish. The service is always warm and welcoming, adding to the charm of this small, cozy restaurant. The owners are hands-on and present, creating a personal and inviting atmosphere that makes every visit feel special. Whether you're a sushi enthusiast or simply someone who appreciates great food, I highly recommend this place. It’s a true gem!

I eat a lot of sushi… portion wise and in terms of my favorite food wise. (Check out my portion pics). I was very impressed on the quality, presentation, and portions of Saigon. That said I would highly recommend checking them out when in Vero. They did some amazingly unique and fun presentation things that kept delighted visually and sensory. (check the pics) I also thoroughly enjoy Thai food and Tom Kha is my favorite soup hands down ( I have been working on my home cooking recipe for 8 years). It came out a bit hot but all and all the flavors were great and I didn’t even need to add any spice. Within parking the lot is pretty much non existent so park across the street in the 3 hour parking.
