Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Victoria

Well first they wouldn't let a 2 yr old come in without a shirt on so we had to put his wet shirt back on him so he could be carried in by his mom. Then when we ordered our ice cream the server didn't push it down into the cones so they are just sitting on top of it I'm sure you can guess what happened. Not to mention we had to eat them outside because it was too cold for the baby because he had to put in a wet shirt that he had played in at the splash pad earlier. I can understand telling a grown man he can't come in with out a shirt or shoes but an infant/toddler he couldn't and I didn't see a sign on their door that stated that policy either! I was very upset that my grandson had to sit outside because his shirt was too cold for him to enjoy the air conditioner and because we were outside in the heat of ice cream melted faster than we could enjoy it! Ordered a birthday cake 2 days ago they didn’t even bother to put in the order. Got there to pick it up and no cake!!! Very disappointing. Gave 20% discount on another cake, but had to settle for a cake of the wrong flavor and undecorated this is the shittiest way I’ve ever been treated by a place for messing up in order. It’s like a slap in the face. I give them a zero if they had zero!!! 😡😡😡😡😡 Should’ve been a free cake if you ask me. To top it off, the cake was the same size I ordered and undecorated and with the 20% off still came to the same amount I paid for the other cake that was supposed to be decorated and the correct flavor. Bullshit!!!! And I was late to the party just all around bad...

This was a terrible experience and I usually love Baskin Robbins!! I couldn't believe that this was a double scoop sundae and cost over $6!! I know inflation is everyone's excuse but where is the decency of the business world? Businesses are charging more and giving us less ,but what they have yet to realize is that no cost of living increase has happened!! So wake up Baskin Robbins and every other business that chooses mega profits over just "Do good business with the public!" THESE PICTURES ARE OF THE SUNDAE BEFORE I EVEN TOOK A BITE!!!
