El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in Victorville

I get the same experience (so far), at every el pollo location - food is great. Cooked just right, seasoned perfectly, and affordable. During our constant monthly trips to Las Vegas and Los Angeles we try to stop here because other locations on this corridor are not up to par but El Pollo Loco always is.

I recommend El Pollo Loco to all new comers as the fast food option that is healthy. Not super greasy chicken, real ingredients that taste fresh, etc. So if you avoid sugary soda (and they have a few) and skip desert this is a great place to eat if you want affordable fast food without breaking your diet. They have $5 options at the moment that include a drink, chips and several options such as a chicken burrito, salad, etc. Ive been getting the flavored water option to cut out sugar and I get some salsa from their salsa bar and Im in heaven....

Thing was fine when I went up to place an order. I used to coupon that was a meal for 2. I didn't realize that it came with 2 salads and I asked for a salad for the side which was my mistake. But when I went back to tell tge cashier I didn't get my side because he gave me 3 salads. I asked for my side. He was rude and told me to read my coupon. I logged abd told him that it's his job to let me know that wgat was included in my order. Poor cutomer service. He also told me to wait abd didn't ask ne for my side. This has always been my go to place in all the years I have gone it was only bad one time, now two times. As yesterday afternoon husband and I ordered the chicken taco special. The chicken was raw. We should have returned it but we were halfway through the second tacos before we realized it, raw chicken is a no-no. Had is just been that I would have complained but the avocado salsa was watered down and horrible too, so we gave up and tossed the rest of the meals. On top of that the tables were nasty and greasy even though they were wiped down. It will be a while before we try this place...
