Juice It Up! — Restaurant in Victorville

This place is horrible. Came by yesterday at 8:30 and they were closed already. Google says 9:30, the sign at the store says 9, but we were here at 8:30. Employees inside just looked at us like deer in headlights. Ok fine, they probably had a slow night or were tired. So we come back tonight at 7:15. There's 3 of them together talking which is not a problem, but not one of them said hello when we walked in. They only said hi when I said it to them. One of the guys is waiting for us but we tell him we need a minute so he walks to the back, which again, is fine. But when we finally step up to ask questions and order, the one guy out there doesnt call him out or say we're ready. So we just stand there awkwardly and eventually walked out. It's very easy to get lazy when you work in a slow pace environment, I get it. We've all been there, but these are basic things they could've done to make this a...

I have been meaning to write this review. This Juice it Up is by far the worst location ever. The management team really sucks here as it seems there is no structure under their employees. Employees are rude especially the girl with blonde hair, the name on the receipt states "Kimberly". This Kimberly girl is beyond the rudest employee I have ever encountered. While she was taking my order, she continuously gave me attitude throughout the whole process, there was a guy with a beard also with her and he seen her being rude and just stood there and didn't do anything about it. The service here is just beyond terrible. Also their store was dirty, floors were smeared, counters dirty, just does not look like they have a very good manager setting in some structure. If you want to go to a juice it up go to Hesperia, not here. If there was a 0 star button i would have used that...

This place is one of the worst juice it up's I have been too. The bowl station was dirty, like do they not clean after they make a bowl??

I was there earlier this week and was greeted by Kim, she had the worst attitude. Someone really needs to get this worker in line as it seems she is not doing her job correctly as I could tell other people have the same problem with her from some of the other reviews. The reviews where they say she is "the best" are blatant lies, she is very rude and never once has a smile on her face. You would think if you work in a place like this you would at least have a nice and respectful employee greeting you. She also does not seem like a team player considering how she left the other employees alone in the front when there is a rush.
