I really enjoyed this place at first. They seem to be a bit high priced for the amount of food you get, but it seemed high quality. They're nachos are great and come loaded with toppings. I decided to try the al pastor fries and after I get home to start eating I see it has only cheese, meat, and sour cream. I have never had asada fries that didn't come with Pico de Gallo, guacamole, etc. THEN I realized they forgot the guacamole that they had given me a previous visit. I called to asked about the toppings on the fries and the guacamole I should have gotten with both the nachos and fries. The women on the phone at first told me the fries should have had Pico and then changed it to say I got everything I was supposed to. I felt like it was weird but accepted it and then asked about the guacamole. She said I should have gotten it with both my nachos and fries, I told her I didn't get it for either. SHE THEN PROCEEDED TO TELL ME that her manager remembers my order and remembers watching me grab the guacamole and that I definitely got it. I was sweet at first but got increasingly irritated as they tried to convince me I was lying about getting my guacamole. I explained that I was already home, what reason would I have to lie? The food is great, the place is acceptable for a family and friends time but it is the second time coming in here and the service has been a disappointment. Just when the lady Maria had remembered me for the first bad experience that I had, they even refunded the money and apologized for the first time and gave me the food for free as a gesture of courtesy, it was him I believe his name is Carlos the manager at my first visit, that I came back again with a new friend. I was doing a live video on Facebook with my friend Noraima and just this time when everything was going very well and I was giving the best reviews for this place, the supposedly “ New Manager” was argumenting with another lady in the kitchen and we were waiting for my phone that I politely had asked them earlier to charge for me since they do not have electrical outlets available for costumers, this new manager was very rude to tell me that next time they will not charge my phone with a nasty attitude and I had to respond that I will never be back to the place and everything happend when I was doing a live video on social media and I felt humiliated by the “ new manager”. It was so horrible once again! To co- workers called their order in and I ordered mine when I got there! Only one fish taco because they refuse to put a sauce & yellow pepper for each taco so as I was leaving I went to pay for my 2 friends and she said we only put 1 sauce & 1 pepper for the 2 different people which each called there order in separate! So I wasn’t going to bring that back to them saying they had to share & being in different offices! So I said no I didn’t want them. And I had to go to captain taco’s which was great! Each person got what they should have. And my 2 friends were so glad I did that for them!!! Place has gone down the drain from when I first started going there! Very sad! And the lady at the counter was so rude! When I went to order mine she said you just called in an order I didn’t know what she was saying I just looked at her???
