My family and I have tried supporting this local business and have been frequent customers since the grand opening. It seems that every time we go there something always ends up being wrong with our order. Very seldom (if any) do they apologize. Instead they immediately charge you for the difference and make you wait for a long time to have them re-do your drink. They almost seem offended and entitled when you tell them that your order is wrong! During my last visit I had ordered an Oreo Shake but instead I got an Oreo Tea. I immediately noticed something was wrong. I waited as usual to talk to the cashier and per usual he immediately started recalculating the difference. To my suprise I wasn't charged extra. Because this has happened so many times, I gathered enough courage to ask "are you going to throw away this drinking?" I left it as an open invite for him to say "you know for the inconvenience, you can keep it" instead he said "no we're going to keep it in the back". Okay took the hint and sat back down. I realize this was more of a bold approach but I was looking for something, anything that showed that they care about their customers. As I was waiting for the drink I noticed that the reason that I wasn't charged was because I was actually owed .50 cents. I got back up and spoke to the same cashier and his response was "it's only a .50 cent difference" and was completely dismissive. I sat back down and waited (15m total) to have my drink "redone". When I picked up the drink I brought up the price difference to him again telling him that I didn't feel comfortable being overcharged. At that point someone else walked over, supervisor I assume and informed me that he will take care of adjusting the charge and that the other person didn't know how to do that. Instead of providing some type of service recovery and taking the lead of a leader he seemed to want to impress his staff instead of leaving a better image with his customer. He made excuses for his staff. If he didn't know how to assist he should've asked someone that did. And definitely not tell a paying customer "it's only .50 cents more". I mentioned to him that I waited 15m for my drink to be re-done. I'm sure he was able to see that I was frustrated about the situation yet again all he offered was the bare minimum. Unfortunately we will not be returning here. Hopefully it changes owners and they properly train their staff on customer service and accountability. Based on other reviews, this seems to be an ongoing issue...

Then the worker took my drink and went to laugh with her co workers, in the back of the kitchen i don’t know if they know the glass mirror wall they have in the back shows a perfect reflection of what the workers are doing in the back. Read moreThis is a great shop, it's probably the best Boba I've had. So far I've been here twice and both experiences were alright. First time at the shop was nice, the lady that took my order was super sweet. The second time wasn't the greatest, this different lady seemed a bit irritated. I of course understand that we are all going through something but being rude to the customer isn’t okay. My order wasn't even called but everyone else's was. So im not sure if she felt some way towards me for asking questions about a certain item on the menu or something.
