Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Victorville

pizza hut has fired all the delivery drivers and will only be using door dash for all deliveries, they did this to save money because they dont want to pay drivers 20$ an hour starting in april 2024, but here's the catch.. people dont want door dash delivering their pizza we want an actual pizza worker employee to deliver the pizza to the door and not some random person who never even had to pass an interview stage for employment such as people who work for door dash. so just wait and watch as pizza hut loses much more money than they would have ever expected from choosing the cheap route and using only door dash. the money lost will occur when people just stop ordering delivery because of the simple fact that i mentioned. people dont want doordash deliveries they want a pizza worker to bring the food. and by the way if the health inspectors actually looked at the inside of your dishwasher the health inspection grade would be an F not a A and people would DEMAND their money back and more, because u guys are disgusting for serving food served on pans that come out of that horribly filthy dish washer, covered in slime, muck and an amazing amount of...

Okay so I just ordered 12-piece traditional bone-in medium chicken wings and when me and my kids been into it they were literally Raw on the inside so I called spoke to the so-called manager she was very rude not understanding or empathetic I cannot believe she is allowed to supervise people her phone etiquette was just horrible she told me she could give me my money back or do store credit but only for the wings I feel like I was super inconvenience because the mail that I thought was going to be able to feed my family was wrong so I had to end up cooking dinner anyway so I felt like I should have got my full refund it may be something to make me feel a little bit better what she didn't do either or do not order from this Pizza Hut chicken is very serious business and it should be cooked to a certain temperature and I really don't appreciate how I was treated never again will I order from Pizza Hut expecially on Hesperia Road their supervisor needs to be fired or taught...

Order was delivered incomplete. I called the number to speak to a representative. Was hung up on during phone transfer. I called back 3 more times and explained I was dropped on the call. All 3 times (for a total of 4) I was hung up on. Basically I paid for food I never received. The staff was rude. And if I wanted something done about it I would have to waste my time driving to the store and back. This is not an isolated incident as the same thing happened when we were at a friend's house 40 miles away. The phone number to the stores both when called say disconnected. I might also mention that you pay for the food and tip the staff during the order process. (Tipping is earned) I paid the tip gladly but then received horrible service. Pizza Hut did not earn my business. I will not be ordering...
