Starbucks — Restaurant in Victorville

I’m incredibly saddened and disappointed by the territory manager’s decision to take out wall outlets in order to punish the many because of the few. It feels like a lazy means of handling the few who frankly did just hang charging their phones while playing games on their WiFi. Annoying? Sure. But taking out the outlets now punishes long time customers like myself who have spent thousands each year buying coffee and other food, and just occasionally want to charge my laptop while I finish my coffee. I’ve worked in major cities with much harsher homelessness and loiterers realities and they still had wall plugs. This is plain and simply a lazy person’s way of handling the few loiterers without regard for punishing decent and long time customers that typically support the brand and their jobs...

As a Regular customer I was shocked, Mad , Disappointed that the Manager(Stephanie) from this store treats her employees very very low As I witness this Horrible hostile environment I really wonder how they get treated on a daily basis I will be contacting the district manager soon to address way more I have witnessed the day i went into the store to grab my Mobil order my drink wasn’t ready which I had no issues and she made sure mine was last to make since she was prioritizing drive thru and basically yelling at the person making food cause they didn’t have the food for drive thru mind you I didn’t mind waiting but waiting 22 min for one drink and having to witness this store manager and others demanding for the front bar to make their drive thru drinks...

I love going to this Starbucks, because it's very close to where I live. I love the fact that people just think it's a drive-thru and that you can't go inside and just sit down, and read. You can actually go inside, order a coffee, sit down, read, and study. Before I was a college graduate, I would go in almost every day and just sit down with my laptop, study, and read. It's very peaceful, soothing, and aroma-like just smelling the fresh batch of coffee brewing. There is just something so soothing and relieving smelling the fresh scent of coffee brewing. It's very relaxing and enjoyable. I recommend just going inside, ordering a coffee, sitting down on one of the nice couches, and reading a nice poetry book. It's very relaxing to...
