TOM's Famous Family Restaurant 21 — Restaurant in Victorville

I am a door dasher and I arrived at Tom's to pick up a order and I spoke to a young lady with red hair and she was very sweet and helped me get my order and got me all my customer asked for. As I was leaving I got another order so I went back and waited for 2nd order I said thank u I appreciate u to the girls and . WAITED As I got in my car and looked at the bags as I put them in my seat I realized that one of my orders had ranch spilled in the bottom all over the food... So I went in talked to the sweet red hair lady and she took the soaked items to the cooks and back of the house. YOUR COOKS STARTED TO STARE AT ME AS I WAS A PROBLEM LAUGHING AT ME TALKNG IN SPANISH WELL GUESS WHAT I SPEAK SPANISH AND THEY WERE COMPLAINING THEY HAD TO REMAKE ORDER AND TALKING ABOUT HOW I LOOKED THATS DISCUSTING AND RUDE! A FAT HISPANIC GIRL WALKED BY I NICLEY ASKED HER HOW LONG THE SECOND ORDER WOULD BE AND SHE TURNED INTO A NOT VERY NICE PERSON..... SHE INFORMED ME " THEY DON'T MAKE THOSE KINDA MISTAKES AND IT WAS MY FAULT' AND REFUSED YES REFUSED TO FIX MY ORDER AND LAUGHED ALONG WITH HER YOUNG EMPLOYEES THAT PROBABLY LOOK UP TO HER AND THE COOKS IGNORED ME AS I YELLED YES I YELLED! WELL SHE WENT OVER TO THE DOOR DASH PORTAL AND TRIED TO REPORT ME! I WAS NOTING BUT NICE! I DONT AND WILL NOT DELIVER RANCH SOAKED FOOD TO MY CUSTOMERS! I HAVE CALLED DOOR DASH AND MADE A SERIOUS REPORT INCLUDING POSSIBLY BLOCKING THIS RESTAURANT! IT IS WITH DOOR DASH SAFETY DEPARTMENT NOW AND THEY WILL INVESTIGATE AND GO FROM THERE. AND YES I GOT MY CUSTOMER A REFUND! ALL UR EMPLOYEES THINK IT IS OK TO TALK ABOUT CUSTOMERS IN SPANISH AND BE RUDE IN SPANISH ABOUT CUSTOMERS entiendo...

I went to this restaurant yesterday for dinner. The service was normal but the food was another story. The sprite tasted like carbonated water. The root beer tasted like literal corn syrup, and the water smelt and tasted like pennies. The breakfast food was great no problem there whatso ever, but the burger and the chicken fillet were awful. The amount of grease that fell out of each of them could probably fit into a medium sized cup. My sisters jacket and pants were completely Doust in oil. The fries tasted like they were cooked in oil that also coocked fish. We asked for ranch and didn’t get it i took our food was finished. Also the ketchup wouldn’t come out of the bottle. Gallons of salt were needed to give the fries flavor. No seasoning could be spotted writhing 30 miles of the food. It’s not the company’s fault it’s just this location. Also the mayonasse was tangy and smelt like tartar sauce. the floors looked and felt hadn’t been mopped since the grand opening of the restaurant. my plate came with an orange stain which scared me because i ate pancakes. to make matters even worse as i bit into the sausage a frozen chunk hit my front tooth causing a weird reaction in my mouth. after this happened i went to the bathrooms and discovered no toilet paper in the stalls and no soap in the dispenser. this sounds made up but it’s not because i am very honest and always give good reviews. also the hair nets were no where to be found. a big split orange split end was found in my eggs. as i told the manager she told me no one had orange hair, but i saw the janitor and he had orange hair. so i’m still wondering if the janitor was...

I wan to share my experience at this place for the first time came to drive tru order breakfast place my order and had to wait for long time before I got to window to pay and receive my order the lady took long time more to charge me 10 mins later she said that my order still was not ready I was omg I going to be late to work she said well nothing I can do ask me if I wan my money back after I was waiting for my food more than 45 mins , fist I wan say I don’t think is Ladies fault but there system is very bad what really made me wan to let everyone know is when I call the rest restaurant and ask to speak to Maneger lady who answer the phone was very rude and put me on hold for a good long minute and I can here her talking back to somone also laughing and did like when I ask her I wan talk to Maneger she did not wan give me her name , finally another lady came to phone and said !!HELLO CAN I HELP YOU !! Very rude I try to explain to her my experience she say are you !! JOSE !! I said no and when I try to talk to her she Raice her voice Att me and not let me speak and was much more rude and hung the phone not even an apology was the most horrible experience to come to place like this were so many customer are only looking for good service and to have Maneger’s like this is not nice DONT RECOMEN THIS PLACE TO ANYONE HOPE THE OWNER CAN HIRE BETTER PEOPLE TO WORK ARE FAMILY RESTAURANT CAUSE THE SERVICE IS VERY POOR THIS HAPPEN TO ME SATURDAY 12/18/2021 AROUND 9-10 am I will never go back again to this place sucks they have the wrong Maneger’s helping customers by the way she said she was the assistant Maneger...
