Wendy's — Restaurant in Victorville

Okay I know that the Covid Virus has changed things and drive thru service is slow. With that stated it took about 15 minutes to get my order. I ordered 2 4 for 4 with their Jr bacon cheeseburgers I got 2 cheeseburgers deluxe. I had an appointment so I was went back 1 hour later to get my money back as I had bought other food. At first I was told by the cashier they could remake the order but his manager had told him because of the Covid Virus he could not return my money. So I asked to see the manager. After a few minutes I was asked how much was the order so I gave him my receipt a few more minutes go by they asked for the food and a few more minutes and the manager returned my money. No explanation so I said thank you and went home. I plan on contacting Wendy's Corp to ask about this. Because if it's company policy they should let you know that if you're order is wrong to bad so sad you won't get your money back. Yes sarcasm sorry and more. The girl in the drive thru really gonna argue with a customer over what time they were sitting in the drive thru. Rushed to try and make it for breakfast when I pull up it’s 10:30 and there are two cars in front of me. Get to order box at 10:33 and am told they stop serving at 10:30. I explain I have been sitting in line since 10:30 while waiting for the cars to take their order. She cuts me off and says no no one was out there at 10:30 because I was out there. HUH?!?!?!? Okay so your gonna tell me that I didn’t know what time I got in line and actually argue with the customer rather than just simply saying breakfast was over. Bottom line shows their professionalism or lack there of and I won’t be supporting this location or any Wendy’s. Quite frankly the food has gone down hill and the prices have gone up.

I was disappointed and beyond belief that they found it ok to hand someone these burnt food. I have to start with the one that took our order and seems to be bothered with us ( like they didn't want to be at work). We got the window, and he still wasn't very pleasant. He gave us our food, and when I opened the original cheese fries and it had a corner of food, and with the cost of food, this was a joke that wasn't hilarious at all. So we showed them to the manager, and he sent them back and the photos it what I received, burned and disgusting, and the rest of my family got food. Poisoning my poor son was stuck on the toilet for two days. I almost broke my tooth.
