Paisano's Pizza — Restaurant in Vienna

UPDATE: I have ordered here for years, even left a great review in the past-see below. Today, i ordered online. I selected pepperoni Stromboli as i absolutely hate ricotta cheese. I got a pepperoni calzone. I called to ask for a partial refund as i have nothing else to eat all day as i have alot of meetings and have to consume this groos crap. The guy says I ordered wrong, i explained what the screen says i ordered, i offered to send him a photo. He says he has to ask the cook, he comes back and says the cook used only pizza cheese. I advised thats not true, someone made a calzone. I asked him if he knows what ricotta cheese is and he said yes and i advised that its in my food so it's obviously not correct. He says AGAIN i ordered it wrong. I told him im going to take a picture and come down there for calling me a liar. He then says i cant talk to him like that. I said i asked politely for a partial refund and he is accusing me of lieing. I said ive been ordering here for years and now they have lost my business. JUST WOW dude call me a liar, heres proof in my pictures.

I am shocked by the previous reviews because this place rocks!!!! My orders are always correct and the customer service cannot be beat! Sara is such a sweetheart and Dennis always is so cheerful and makes me smile! I order from here probably way too much but it's hard to resist with the great service and delicious food. They never skimp when I order extra black olives like Dominos does. I order the Stromboli mainly but have also ordered the Big Paisanos / aka supreme pizza multiple times and the ingredients are top notch. The delivery guys are also pretty cool and friendly. It annoys me when a coworker jips them on a tip because they are just stingy people to begin with, I try and make it up to them on my next order because I know they earned a better tip. I haven't ordered from Dominos in about a year now because Paisanos in Vienna has blown me away in every aspect. Thank you Paisanos...

My husband and I are new customers and fans of Paisanos after a great experience a few months ago when we ordered several pizzas for a house gathering. I have wanted to give them my business again and was craving their Margherita. I ordered through DoorDash since I had a gift card to use. Long story short - I did not receive the Margherita. Paisanos mistakenly gave me the wrong order - Hawaiian. I spent most of the time peeling off the ham and pineapple pieces. Also very disappointed they didn’t give garlic sauce like the last time. I called Paisanos to let them know and the man was very matter of fact about it, zero sympathy, and didn't even acknowledge or care that THEY were responsible for the wrong order; he simply said it to take it up with DoorDash. That is what I call bad customer service - an unwillingness to take responsibility or apologize. A genuine apology would have made it a lot better, let alone a discount for a future order. Their pizza might be decent but bad customer experience has left me with a lasting impression of how they treat...

My wife and I decided to try Paisano's pizza for the first time based on a flyer we received in the mail. The pizza was mediocre at best. However, it is their "creative" pricing that has me placing a review. The offer (photo attached) is straight forward enough with buy one large pizza at regular price and get a second for $1. Well, according to both the website and in the store itself, a large pizza is $13.99 and each additional topping is $1.79. We ordered two large pizzas with two toppings each. We should have been charged $13.99+$1.79+1.79=$17.57 plus $1 for the second pizza for a total of $18.57 plus tax. Instead, we got charged $22.15 plus tax. I asked the cashier about this and they just printed out the receipt and handed it to me. No explanation for the discrepancy. The receipt supports the flyer but at an inflated price. Just irritating.
