I have been coming to this chipotle for quite some time. I have never had any issues. The food was terrible this time. The lettice looked bad when the girl pulled it out of the container and yet I still ate it. The flavors were off and it was so messy, I literally threw my entire $20 meal away. In addition, I could NOT believe how I was treated. I ordered a soda. When I went to fill up my soda, the soda machine said that the ice machine was broken. I never would’ve bought a soda had I known that there was no ice. So I asked for a refund on my soda. I was very rudely met by the cashier explaining that there’s a note on the machine and she can’t refund me over ice. I explained that I understood that I didn’t want the soda anymore. I wanted a refund on the soda. Why would I want warm soda? I suggested they put a sign near the register that the ice machine was broken and that they could get it from the back/drive thru. Not once did she tell me that ice was availble there, she just motioned that she could get it. How would I know that? She went on to explain the ice machine has been broken for over a week and that it’s not her problem. Again, why would I know that. Offer to get your customers ice. It's not that hard. I just wanted a cold soda. I did finally get ice and went to fill up. The soda was flat. I cannot believe how I was met with such a rude attitude from the host. Read moreSo disappointed on repeated visits to this location and we have finally given up and decided to post this negative review after giving 2nd, 3rd, 4th chances. We were so excited when this location opened and our first visit was great but the multiple visits since then have just been repeatedly disappointing for various reasons, both drive thru and dine in eating. Wrong orders for drive thru, long waits for drive thru, extremely small portions, repeated items out and causing delays or even more skimpy portions, repeated soda drinks out, dirty tables and counters, heaped trash at the garbage cans, and worst of all, repeated questionable cleaning practices at the counter and food line. Watching the same dirty rag get wiped all around the various foods spills on the food line, wiping food into the floor on both the staff side and into the customer side at the register, using the same serving spoon to scoop/ scrape spilled foods back into their containers from the counter to use for the next customers, using the same gloved hand to help scoop meat onto the spoon and then handling the serving spoons for other items with the same glove, etc. I previously conpleted online customer complaint with order number and hooed that would prompt changes, but it has not. We ordered catering online for a meeting of 50 people, there was no indication that DoorDash would be delivering when we placed the order. The girl came 10 minutes later than the 15 minute delivery window, with our food inside her filthy dirty car with her children also inside. She didn't even bring the food inside or set up. Also, no eating utensils. Fine maybe she's a single mom and we do what we have to sometimes to get by but customer service tried brushing us off multiple times. If Chipotle hires a third party for delivery, they should be responsible and prepared to reimburse for the errors of the delivery person. After several back and forth emails with customer service, they gave me $98 of my $130 of delivery fees and tip. According to the receipt, the driver tip was $100, for doing absolutely nothing but driving from point A to point B. We'll NEVER use Chipotle again.
