This is the second time in a week that I’ve been here and both experiences have been horrible! I could write in and on, but I see that what I experienced is what everyone else is complaining about. They need to get some management that will take their job seriously and get those kids in line. Rude kids with attitudes. They completely ignore special requests like ketchup, sauce for nuggets and extra ice. Waited at least 10-15 minutes in the drive through tonight. A lady in the other drive through lane rolled down her window to ask me if I had been waited on. I told her no. She and another person drove away. When they finally came to the speaker because I yelled into it because no one was coming, you could hear kids laughing in the background. When I pulled up, there were two kids running in the restaurant and then the boy sat down at a table and proceeded to look at his phone. He then went outside in the parking lot. I had to wait or a long time for my order and then was told to pull up. Grr! Maybe instead of those kids goofing around, they could be concentrating on getting orders done correctly. No one had masks on. Also, are they washing their hands after they’re using their phone? When she finally brought out my order, I asked if there was ketchup in the bag. She said yes. There was none😡 Those kids are going to have a rude awakening when they get a job when they’re older. They will actually have to WORK. Please Regional Manager, do something about this. Read moreWhat a horrendous experience! My order was wrong, went back to the drive through, the person working argued with me that she took my order and it couldn’t be wrong. She was argumentative, rude and talked over me. I got to the window, another person was trying to help me and the same person comes charging to the window again argumentative, rude and talking over me demanding that there was no way my order was wrong. First of all, I’m pretty sure I know how I like my food and would order accordingly. Second, I had somebody on my Bluetooth that heard me place my order along with the entire encounter. I said to her, maybe instead of getting an attitude and arguing with a customer you simply just fix the issue and apologize for the mistake. I was told to pull forward, she then came out, gave me a refund and told me to take my business elsewhere.
Now this is just the one of few terrible experiences I’ve had here. I don’t frequent McDonalds often, but the three or fours times I have in the last few months my order has been wrong or I get some type of attitude. It’s always something. I have credits for several orders that have been screwed up and there not even worth using.
Cannot say enough, do yourself a favor and please find somewhere else to take your business. After reading other reviews, they certainly don’t care about their customers. If they did, these issues wouldn’t continue to happen and you wouldn’t see the same kind of reviews over and over again. I don’t even understand how this location stays open. I’m so over it, never again will I frequent this location.

Read moreWent inside to order. An older male employee took my order. He didnt greet me, never smiled, but rather seemed irritated that he had to take my order. I asked for a cheeseburger with catchup and pickles. He replied, "Our cheeseburgers have catchup, mustard (didn't know McD offered mustard), pickles, and onions." I told him I knew that, but just wanted ketchup and pickels. Along with that I asked for a small drink and small fries. What I got was a hamburger instead of a cheeseburger, a large fry instead of a small, and a large drink instead of a small. When he handed me the cup I told him I ordered a small drink. He just looked at me and replied, "This is what we have." I went to fill my cup with Coke. I could tell right away it didn't have enough syrup so I took a taste and it was awful! I dumped it out and tried Dr. Pepper which was the same. I told the same employee and he rudely told me, "That's how we make it." I suggested he fill my cup from the soda machine at the drive-thru window and he once again rudely told me, "It would be the same. That's how we make it." I ended up with a Mellow Yellow which was OK, but not great. A young man went to fill his drink after me and said he could tell just by looking at the Coke that it didn't have enough syrup. He too found the same with the Dr. Pepper. He ended up taking an orange drink. The food was good, but the service was horrible!!! Don't plan to go to this McDonald's for a long...
