Extremely annoyed with this establishment. Went in today and got what was supposed to be "The lead story" when the sandwich came out it was completely incorrect. I was given cut steak pieces and cheese when it was supposed to be shaved ribeye with onions & cheese. I told the girl it was the wrong sandwich, she then picked up the bread with her bare hands to look and said "ok, I'll tell them to make you a new one" Less then 5 mins later she brings out the same container with the SAME BREAD she touched and it was STILL the same meat. They just threw on some onions and gave it back to me. I mean like for real? For the prices this place is charging you'd think they'd do better. The place was gross. Tables were all dirty. I had to clean the table I sat at. There was food and dirt all over the floors and the girl couldn't be bothered to do anything but smoke her vape and be in her phone. Then when I asked for my refund, she didn't know how to put it back on my card. Ok that's fine, but when I asked her to also return the tax I paid, she had the nerve to tell me "well it's not that much". Like what?!?!?!? If I said to you when I ordered I didn't have the tax would you still give me the sandwich? So I didn't even get my FULL refund. I will NEVER go back to this place nor will I ever recommend it to...
