Adrian greeted me with and made sure I felt right at home. He took the time to ask about my preferences and helped me customize my order to perfection. His attention to detail was impressive, ensuring that every topping and crust choice was exactly as I wanted it. Meanwhile, Matt was working behind the counter, moving efficiently while maintaining a friendly attitude. It was clear that he took pride in his work, carefully preparing each pizza with precision and care.

When we arrived, we stood in the lobby for 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. While waiting, we watched staff wiping sweat and touching their hair, then continuing to handle food without washing their hands. When we finally received our order, the pizzas were old and unappetizing— the cheese was translucent and the crust was hard. On top of that, the salad they had delivered earlier was rotten.
