I recently had the pleasure of experiencing top-notch service at my local Domino's, thanks to two standout employees Adrian and Matt. From the moment I walked in, their enthusiasm and professionalism set the tone for an unforgettable visit.

Adrian greeted me with and made sure I felt right at home. He took the time to ask about my preferences and helped me customize my order to perfection. His attention to detail was impressive, ensuring that every topping and crust choice was exactly as I wanted it. Meanwhile, Matt was working behind the counter, moving efficiently while maintaining a friendly attitude. It was clear that he took pride in his work, carefully preparing each pizza with precision and care.

The best part? They were clearly working in sync, and it showed in the final product. My wings arrived hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious exactly as promised. We placed a $100 order with Domino’s and they delivered everything EXCEPT THE PIZZA. We only received the sides and sodas. When we called, they said it would take another 30 minutes to make the pizzas, so we offered to pick them up instead. They told us it would be ready in 10 minutes.

When we arrived, we stood in the lobby for 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. While waiting, we watched staff wiping sweat and touching their hair, then continuing to handle food without washing their hands. When we finally received our order, the pizzas were old and unappetizing— the cheese was translucent and the crust was hard. On top of that, the salad they had delivered earlier was rotten.

We asked about compensation, but were told we’d have to wait a few days for a text or message with some sort of offer. At this point, the entire experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and...

Long day of work I decide to order some pizza for pickup. I come in and they have some kind of rap music BLASTING. I stand there for a while before someone from the back finally comes to help me. (Music still blasting) They were nice but I could barely hear the kid over the music. The guy cutting my pizza cut it into very odd slices. Maybe because he was busy dancing instead.
