We went in the first time and Alan was extremely helpful. We wanted to check other places before making such a large purchase. We of course looked everywhere else and the deal we could get at mattress firm was much better. So we went back and Alan was there again. He was helpful and again gave us a lot if information, however, he didn't hover. He let us try it out without him staring us down and making us feel pressured. Financing went smoothly and delivery set up was good. However, I do have to say the delivery was kind of poor in timing. They called to say they would be a 1/2 an hour late… they ended up 2 and a 1/2 hours late. Delivery guys did apologize many times. If my husband didnt have to take off work early, I wouldn't be upset about it... But the overall experience of mattress firm is definitely a positive one and I will be back...
