We decided to try this place based on all the positive reviews we seen. We ordered a 3 meat platter of spare ribs, brisket and pulled pork. We were given two small cups (only about 1/2 full each) of barbecue sauce. Not nearly enough for all of the meat. The meat was ok, not dry but definitely not that juicy. We ordered the mac & cheese and Puerto Rican rice as sides. The mac & cheese is very bland with almost no flavor. The Puerto Rican rice also was rather bland. We saw the truck parked at Polar Rd IL last Saturday, never seeing the truck park there before and we decided to give it a try. Had a big order after a long day of football with the kids.
