Culver’s — Restaurant in Waukesha

Ordered lunch at work and the burger and fries were missing. I called and Lauren told me she packed that bag herself and asked if I was sure it was missing. She said come back and tell them Lauren said if I came back through, they would get me my burger and fries. Went back through the drive thru on lunch, thanked them for being cool about it, got back to work and all that was in the bag were the fries. Drove back again after work, the manager Emily said because it was the same day, they couldn’t give a coupon for the trouble. I pressed it because of all of the back and forth and the driving. She came back and told me the drive thru worker Ava said she already gave a coupon when I came back on my lunch. She didn’t, she gave me a receipt, was a brat, and told me in case something happens again bring a receipt with me next time. Coupons are cards, not paper receipts and I don’t understand how Ava could have given me a coupon when the manager Emily said that she wasn’t allowed to give out coupons if we were back in the same day. NEW YEARS DAY: AVOID THIS PLACE. ORDERED DOUBLE MUCHROOM AND SWISS (cold and plasticky cheese since cold) ONION RINGS (cold, burnt and salty) FRIES, no salt (cold !!!) FISH SANDWICH ( cold and salty) DOUBLE CULVERS DELUXE, NO CHEESE (cold and I had horrible indigestion from it)

We could never give less than five stars. Always good spirited, professional and polite employees. My little girl loves to hug everyone there and with her autism she may forget who she hugged and hug them again and their aways understanding. When she had her asthma attack and sadly needed an ambo it was helping to her to hear support and understanding and she got that from everyone there. When we came back they all asked how she was doing which was very sweet. We try and stop in at least once a month. Food is always great fresh and quickly prepared. This was our second month in a row supporting culver's night fundraiser for hadfield school. My kids donated $10 split between the salvation army and animal rescue they donated $7 between them in 11/6. The first night we met some really nice people and each time all the employees were professional patient prompt food was good restaurant was clean. We'll hopefully be back in the next month or two.
