Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Village of Waukesha

This was the rudest experience I've ever had it a Papa Murphy's I called ahead of time and place my order for pickup I ordered a 5 meat stuffed crust pizza with light on the sauce when I got to the store I told him i was there for my pickup told him who I was he brought up the order read it off to me when he read it off it said nothing about light on the sauce I asked him if it was light on the sauce he said he wasn't sure but he would suppose it would be when he gave me the pizza you could see that the pizza was just covered in red sauce it absolutely was not I did not have the time to wait for another Pizza to be made because I was on my way to class they then told me that they are not allowed to refund orders anymore or give money back or give free pizzas because of their new ownership she said that she could give me a $6 credit on a pizza I paid $10.51 for the order I told them if they did not issue my money back I would call the police she then went and got the district manager from the back of room he came out we talked for a little bit he issued me a credit back the girl sat there by him being extremely rude to me in front of other customers during the refund I address this with him he had no care not only did they not offer me anything free or anything to take with me but they were extremely extremely rude to me in front of other customers who are just staring and shocked that you could treat somebody like this especially somebody who's paying for you to have a paycheck would not recommend this place to...

Went here once after work to just get some pizzas. Told us they are only doing online orders. Went to the car and placed an order. 2 pizzas and a cheesy bread. Went back in after some waiting to pick up them up, but was informed that they were out of cheesy bread. Ok, should be an easy refund for that and take the pizzas. Was informed only a manager can do that but there isn't one here. Took down my information so they can do the refund in the morning. Next day, didn't have a refund on my card or a call about it. So I gave them a call and asked for a manager. Guy who picked up said he was going to go get him and put the phone down (not on hold but off the receiver). I waited 20 minutes like this. I thought to my self, I'm only down the road from them maybe I can go visit before they answer. So while I'm still on hold, I drove to the store and asked for a manager. Find out that there is no manager there right now. Told the lady that I am still on the phone with you this store and was told by someone that a manager will be answering soon. She picked up the receiver under the register and I said hello it my phone. She took my information down and I ask her to have your manager call me when he gets in. This never happened. I had to do a charge back on my card for the missing amount. Never...

I will stick to other locations. Called to report a quality issue and was insulted. I have been baking Papa Murphy’s pizzas in the same oven for over 10 hears with only minor issues easily delt with on the fly. Two XLNY pizzas had to be literally ripped from the trays. Is this old dough or missing a possible non stick element? We just called to report the trouble to help other patrons. I was told by a “shift leader” that I need to bake it longer. Seriously?
