Famous Anthony's Vinton — Restaurant in Vinton

Took my two Cousins out to eat, and first thing we see after being seated, were dead bugs in ALL of the windows. (So we closed the blinds) . I ordered what used to be my fav to order, Taco salad. The waitress was very nice and brought the Taco salad to me and the shell was BURNT, so hard and she asked me did I want another. I said yes please. She brought the same one back turned around and said that was the BEST one they had.? I asked again to remake it and the "cook" said no. The Manager came over and brought another shell, after I had eaten half my salad (only) and I said no, never mind now, I've eaten enough. Not to mention I wouldn't trust that they hadn't done something to it at this point. I spent almost 40.00 for a very bad bag of lettuce. This will be the last time I go there, and I'm sure that doesn't matter to FA's but I am extremely disappointed because of the very poor, rude and sub par service today. It's a shame how poorly Famous Anthony's service has gotten. Again, the waitress I want to say was trying to be accommodating and she was extremely pleasant. The "manager" who brought the second shell over, never said she was the manager, so my trust in what they had done to it had vanished by that point. Maybe someone can retrain your employees about how service should be. Thank you for your time in this matter. And by all means, PLEASE have someone DAILY clean the dead bugs out of the...

A friend n I usually meet at the Vinton Anthony's twice a month. Last nite, I tried the Tuesday Burger n hot dog special w/fries. She got the Bacon Cheeseburger Wrap with fries. She had asked for no onions on the wrap n it had onions. I asked her to send it back for a new one to be made but she declined. The fries were horrible. Very dry, no warmth. like they had been sitting for quite some time. I told the waitress, could we have some fresh cooked hot fries, she said sure, my friend said she didn't want any, her meal being incorrect had turned her off. Waitress brought a plate out with fries, they were hot, but not freshly cooked. Probably reheated, which anyone with any sense can tell. We will visit again, but am definitely going to ask for freshly cooked fries with some moisture when you bite into them, not...

I do not eat here often but one of my family members eat there everyday for breakfast. So some time I will meet him there. I have not been satisfied at any time but I go there to see my family member. Today I received a cup of orange juice it still had the lip stick imprint on the side of the cup I mean it happens. So I asked for another orange juice and I placed a small piece of the paper from the straw .. inside the cup .. she brought me another class and I began drinking it and I almost choked on the paper . I coughed it up on the table. So that tells me that she gave me the same old dirty orange juice instead of a clean cup with clean orange juice.
