Chinatown restaurant — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

So I'm always worried about new Chinese delivery because they are notoriously famous for no descriptions or photos. I totally understand why independent owners struggle with making that a priority financially. I was impressed with the portion sizes and the food came super hot which for delivery is impressive. The prices were some of the lowest which I loved. My items: Pork Egg Fu Young. Came with 3 decent sized omelets, white rice, and a generous portion of gravy. The gravy was thick and very flavorful. It was rich and delicious. This is how I rate Chinese food and for this I'd give it a 5 out of 5. Pork Lo Mein. A quart size was packed full. The sauce was tasty and the pork was pretty tender. Not a huge amount of pork but for the price I was OK with it. Smoked Sausage and Fried Rice. The sausage was generous and tasted great. A little char from the frying which made it even better. The rice wasn't any traditional fried rice (there was no brown color from a soy sauce). It has no flavor in my opinion but I ordered extra gravy and I added this which made it so much better. Fried scallops. Came golden brown. The scallops are from frozen but really sweet and a great crispy coating. In the picture I added flaky garlic salt because everything fried needs it in my opinion. Truly one of the best Chinese take out we've had. We travel for work and have eaten in 100s over all the states and outlawing terrortories and hands down this is top 5. Great packaging, followed special request to the T, food was piping hot when delivered and portions are outstanding. We ordered General Tsos combo, Shrimp and Chinese veggies, pork fried rice, shrimp lo mein, shrimp and pork eggrolls and they even had a promo where we got potstickers for free. One of the best Chinese spots! I can NEVER get good Chinese in Charlotte so it is a priority to get this on the way home. This spot & no #1 Chinese off Lynnhaven are my faves but I choose this one over the other if I have a choice. They are always so friendly and remember my husband every time & gives him a sweet tea.
