Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

It was a very hot day and my friends and I brought 3 cup of water and a soft drink that was 9 dollars but be the time we got our drinks we needed more ice, am reading your website helping people but we couldn't get extra ice it was over 100 degrees and the the manger laid to us when she said I'll get a manger when she was looking at us than said she the manger she had the ice is extra money it was ice I throw the water to the window one hour later the call the police and told us to leave and we did, what I don't get your helping people with cancer what about how hot it gets in Virginia and couldn't get some ice... What if I or an emergency I would have to pay for some more ice , Busch gardens give their customers free water That on Monday July 15 @ 630 pm the young girl she wasn't a woman with long black straight hair about 21 years old than when the police officer came she didn't tell her story it was a male employee not her she was fast to say no for some ice but couldn't tell her side she had someone else... Very friendly. Easy access. Quick service. Well. Rerated. Not so friendly, manager could care less and it showed when guy in training was hopelessly lost. He asked question...she said whippity bang,pointed at register and left. He stared at the whippity bang buttons and tried. She finally came back and scolded him for pushing wrong buttons.

Also, need to point out...unless it was the manager since she nuked the meal. DO NOT come here for anything other than soft serve ice cream or blizzard. Anything hot is NOT.

I have been coming to this Dairy Queen for 2 years since I have relocated here. More often than not, my order has been totally WRONG and incomplete. Tonight is probably the very last time I will give this particular DQ my money. The employees that are there are NOT paying attention nor competent when completing an order. Every single time, they charge extra for our order, which if we are getting the extra that would be fine but we are not. I understand this may be a part time for younger kids however this is a business and a refection off of...
