Awesome customer service, great fresh coffee and as a everyday usual customer they call me by my last name and even already know exactly what I want , always leaving with a smile and that's what brings the customers back having them leave with a smile on their face with them waving goodbye to you and your family is the best feeling ever it's almost like some of these really good customer service people are so awesome it's like their part of your family but then you get the negative ones that ruin everything know what I say kill em with kindness smile and buy them a coffee and a strawberry donut with sprinkles and say live a little xoxo I love you Dunkin ...oh ps developers I have a issue with my app because I used to have a different email with that old email address and that was hijacked along with my old phone and the person that stole it I think is using my sim card because things started disappearing out of my app like my money I think it's this chick I literally know they found her bag it had my phone in it but not my sim card so we think shes using my apps like that someone is Lyft and Uber that money's dissaoating then all the sudden I cannot log into my...

I visited this Dunkin’ location at 7:00 AM before work and placed a mobile order using the app. After waiting a short time inside, I asked about my order, only to be told by the staff that they hadn’t received anything under my name. I showed clear proof of payment with today’s date and time, but they still refused to fulfill the order. Store Manager Aliyah was incredibly unhelpful and refused to give me the food I had already paid for. She also said she couldn’t assist with a refund and handed me a corporate phone number that didn’t work. When I asked for further help, I was told to email corporate myself. Hoping someone higher up could resolve it, I waited to speak to General Manager Kiana, but unfortunately, she offered no solution either. No one made any effort to make the situation right. I left without my order, without a refund, and with no help from either the store or its management. Because of a system glitch on their end. Where do they hire these people? If you work at a Doughnut shop, then know your freaking doughnuts.

I do not trust a doughnut place who don't know their doughnuts especially one that is even used in their advertising on their official website.
