Read moreI visited this Dunkin’ location at 7:00 AM before work and placed a mobile order using the app. After waiting a short time inside, I asked about my order, only to be told by the staff that they hadn’t received anything under my name. I showed clear proof of payment with today’s date and time, but they still refused to fulfill the order. Store Manager Aliyah was incredibly unhelpful and refused to give me the food I had already paid for. She also said she couldn’t assist with a refund and handed me a corporate phone number that didn’t work. When I asked for further help, I was told to email corporate myself. Hoping someone higher up could resolve it, I waited to speak to General Manager Kiana, but unfortunately, she offered no solution either. No one made any effort to make the situation right. I left without my order, without a refund, and with no help from either the store or its management. Because of a system glitch on their end.
