I want to first start by saying the service at this establishment was horrible. I arrived at the location at 8:32PM I placed my order for two burgers prior to taking my money the cashier Melissa did not inform me of a wait instead she took my money and when asked how long it would be she stated she did not know. I asked was anything else ready I could exchange it for she stated no, she could not complete the refund she needed a manager. She went outside and got a man who was talking to someone outside the restaurant his name was Andrew I honestly did not see him wash his hands when returning into the store clearly COVID is real wash your hands after leaving the establishment and touching the door to come back in! However I explained to him Melissa had no timeframe for my wait he stated she is not a cook she does not know I said ok I asked if anything else was available for swap she said no and the manager said to me we close in less than 2 hours nothing is available I could not believe what I heard. Not 30 minutes not an hour less than 2 hours no food, riddle me this Melissa Andrew and I'm sure a cook no food he was outside so basically they get paid not to work what were they doing if food is not at the establishment only at hardees please do not go to this establishment the customer service is horrible i hope they change the management to save the reputation cause the experience I had was unacceptable and all levels. Read moreI went to this location to pick up an online order yesterday. The online order was quite large, so I understand the extended wait time during a dinner rush. I waited for 45 minutes, whereas other customers were there for longer, waiting for smaller orders. One of the employees, Josh, was extremely rude, throwing things around the kitchen and yelling through the headset at drive-thru customers and at his fellow coworkers. I am not one to write reviews, unless I feel an issue needs to be addressed. I worked as a supervisor in a fast food chain for 3 years and can say there was a serious lack of management at this store. No employee should ever be allowed to cause the hostile work environment that I witnessed yesterday. One employee named Aaron went above what I would expect for customer service though, and I believe his actions need to be recognized and rewarded. He was calm and empathetic to all those with long wait times. He also took the initiative to complete my order when no one else would and fix other orders. Read moreI'm not sure why we keep trying this location. They are very hit or miss on their service. Today's particular experience had us stopped in the drive through for 15 minutes and no food. We should have known better when we rolled up to the window to see two cars already pulled forward. We paid and sat for a minute. One car pulled away and just as we commented on how at least we weren't asked to pull forward we were asked to pull forward. Two cars are now stuck in the line behind us and thankfully we didnt pull up too far so as my husband went in for a refund I could move out of the way of the person behind me. My husband said they were waiting on our chicken strips. Our other food was just sitting on the counter waiting. If we had been told there was a wait we would have at least known we would be waiting.
