My husband and I went here for lunch. It wasn't very busy so we thought it would be fast. So we get in line just as female employee who is off today comes in. (We recognized here because the last time we were there she messed up our orders as well. She was very sloppy and cross contaminated different foods.) She walks in between my husband and I tells the guy behind the counter to make her a wrap then goes and starts talking with another employee. The employees behind the counter were so wrapped up in talking to her that they didn't even take my order until my husband received his sub and paid. So his food is now prepared while they are starting mine. All the time this girl is asking if her food is done and talking about what she is doing today. When my food was done it was not what I had ordered so they had to do it again. I became so flustered I left my husband to finish the order. They didn't even ask what I had wanted on it. They put it on bread and wrapped it up. That's when my husband told them I wanted "Mike's way". They unwrapped it and fixed it, but when I got it the bread was soggy from so much dressing. I couldn't even eat three bites. All I tasted was dressing. I will not be going back until there is some changes made...
Read morePaid $13 for a sandwich that looked like it was made by a raccoon in a dumpster. My wife has a severe gluten allergy, and jersey mikes is one of the few places she can somewhat safely eat from while at work. The sandwich she received was not in any way shape or form what I would’ve expected from jersey mikes. The top half of the “bread” was 80% rock hard crust, while the rest of the ingredients looked like it was slopped on with zero care or attention. There is no way you can convince me that the employee that made that sandwich was proud of their work. Laziness and incompetence at its finest. Please feel free to have a manager reach out to make this right, but until then I will have to cross jersey mikes off of my wife’s very short list of places to eat.
EDIT: I politely emailed the company as requested in their response to my review, and have yet to receive any correspondence back at almost a month later. As an FYI to people that read reviews; Atlantic Food Group will respond to reviews to make it seem like they care, but will not follow up on or address any problems or concerns that are brought to them. Makes sense seeing as they only have a 1 star rating on Google, and why their franchises have been steadily going...
Read moreI'm am in the Navy, My coworkers and I decided to order from here. I myself never ate here before and gave it a try. We ordered online and went to pick it up. I know i should have looked to see if everything was there. That part is my fault. But if you are working in this kind of customer service, they should have made sure everything was in the bag before handing it to the customer. So after i returned to my shop with only half of everyone's food i went back to get the food that was left behind returned onto my credit card. They said they could not do it and that only the district manager could do that. i politely asked the manager there to call him and see what he could do and i was told "He is on his off time". I'm sorry there is no off time when you are managing your stores. He also offered me some free stuff which I kindly declined.
Morale of the story, never pay online, always look at what you are getting, and never take anything they offer you for free...
