Arby's — Restaurant in Virginia

I waited for almost 15 minutes to receive my food. I ordered ahead, but still had to wait. When I was greeted, it didn’t sound friendly. The lady on the intercom did ask if I wanted ice in my drink which I thought was nice. When I got to the window, the male at the window handed me the drink and then asked me to pull around to the door and said that he would bring my food out. Again, I waited probably about 13 minutes total after leaving the window for the food. When I pulled off after I received the food, I found that my fries were cold and that there were no napkins in the bag. I was disappointed because I had waited all that time. I could not return to the restaurant because I had to be somewhere. I have tried this Arby’s before and things have gone OK. After this experience, though, I’m not sure that I will be returning. When the guy brought the food out to me, he did not apologize for me sitting out there all that time. I said thank you and he walked away and started looking at his phone. I go to this one every once in awhile I mainly visit the one on Hull Street I ordered a macaroni and cheese kids meal with a juice for my grandson. I also ordered an 8 piece jalapeno bites for myself. I asked them if they could baguette separately because I didn't want to take the chance of my grandson open in the bag and pulling out a jalapeno b being unaware it's not so much at their spicy but quite often as soon as they're cooked they can burn your mouth. I actually feel it was spiteful my jalapeno bites were in my bag I opened up my grandson's bag to hand him his curly fries and what is in there with his curly fries a jalapeno bite! So that I thought let me count how many are in my bag which I ordered an 8 piece and there were 8 in my bag. So it was not...

Stopped by here . Cuz it was empty. And only me. Even kitchen staffs out for taking break on drive way.While i am ordering to the call box.the Cashier kept asking she can’t hear. I was spoke 3times. And, after paid .no receipt. And waiting around around 20min for 2 cranberries chicken sandwiches and french fries. Asked cashier “ what is going on? Taking so long time?”and she said let me check( she wasn't doing anything before) and finally another car came.she taking order. And finally one staff came out with my food and gave me without saying any explain and no receipt.
