My family and I have been coming to this Arby’s for years. Most of the time it’s great. The last few times the music is ridiculously loud and we struggle to hear each other and or concentrate because of the noise . Today the noise from the speakers where we sat in the solarium area was 71 decibels average and spiked to 75 at times.
I’m a positive upbeat person and I love this Arby’s HOWEVER when I , or my family members have kindly asked for the volume to be turned down some today and in the past we get told “THERES NO VOLUME CONTROL HERE.. ONLY CORPORATE CAN TURN THE VOLUME DOWN”’... or ONLY THE SUPERVISOR KNOWS WHERE THE BUTTONS ARE THAT CONTROL VOLUME ...
We drop between all of us $85-100 at a pop and music in a restaurant is for ambiance and background .. NOT 71 DECIBELS CONSISTENTLY..
The fact that NOTHING is ever done about it or we are told some BS like “corporate only has volume controls there” is unacceptable. We’ve tried time after time to be reasonable, low key etc and NOTHING.
The crazy thing is that I am here writing a review on Google as a last resort and I’m sure somebody reading this is wondering what in my life sucks so bad that this is what it’s come to ... HA HA..
I assure you that I don’t even want to be doing this because I have better things to do however the principle of it is TURN THE MUSIC DOWN SO PEOPLE CAN HEAR EACH OTHER AND ENJOY THE BEAUTIFUL ATMOSPHERE IN THIS STORE ... I as a restaurant owner WOULD NEVER ALLOW THE VOLUME TO BE THIS LOUD .... I WOULD NO WANTTO RISK IT .. WHAT SHOULD BE COMMON SENSE IS NOT HERE ....
We were talking today and I hear Mod Pizza is awesome across the street and you get an entire all natural pizza there cheaper than a piece of chicken, muffin , fries and water at...
Read moreI decided to visit this location on a Saturday evening. The dining room was closed again. I went to the drive-thru on foot. I have done this several times before, I have also done this on my bicycle. Never a problem until tonight. The manager told me she couldn't take my order because of my safety. I was perfectly safe. Then she said it was for her safely. I wasn't sure what she meant but then she said I could rob her. Well, I guess she's implying that I'm a criminal. What a wonderful experience. I asked her name and a way to contact the owner and she refused to give the information. That will be my last visit to Arby's. I have never been treated so poorly at a restaurant before, needlessly too. She could have just taken my order and my money and handed me a chicken sandwich. Instead she lost a customer for life. This happened on Dec 17th 2022 at 6:30 pm. Do yourself a favor and go to Chick-fil-A on Parham Rd, much better...
Read more2/3/2022 have seen the reply on other reviews & now mine. However it won't make any difference & I've stated won't be returning to Arby's.
1-11-22 6:30pm(ish) went to drive thru order totaled 34.06 tendered 40.06 to cashier at window Order is missing: au jus for the beef & swiss and no curly fries for a combo order. All the Arby's locations around Richmond Virginia consistently horrible at actually providing what was ordered. All Arby's have lost any of my business - I will not go to Arby's ever again & will do my best to dissuade anyone who suggests any Arby's anywhere in the U.S. EDIT: asked for receipt & was told was not given one and there wasn't one in the bag. I was then asked "oh by the way, why isn't there any cheese on my sandwich?" The rest of the order is sitting in the refrigerator & will probably be fed to the dog, so I don't know if they're...
