Arbys for me and the family is a hit or miss. The other day we drove through the drive through. As we pulled in front of the menu I knew exactly what I wanted. The challenge Diablo roast beef dare sandwich with the loaded Diablo fries. They unfortunately didn't have beef.....what kind of Arbys runs out of the main ingredient for most of their sandwiches which is ridiculous. Then after switching to the chicken Diablo sandwich they asked, "are you sure you want to order that, cause it's spicy?" My response is, "are you sure you want my money?" First no beef then question what my order is?!! I've come here two other times to find out they closed early because of lack of staff. I'm starting to see a pattern here. I used to like coming to Arbys but the lobby isn't even open and you can't tell me, "it's because of COVID." Bull! I can honestly say the "Diablo Dare" was ok. The sauce wasn't as spicy as I thought it was going to be, but it surely over powers everything else on the sandwich which made it the biggest disappointment. The one thing I can say that I had at this fast food chain is good customer service. Even though they were out of beef, they were handling it very professionally. Read morePulled in the drive through and prepared for a wait because there was a line, it's a holiday weekend. Ordering went by fairly quick but waiting took a total time of 25 minutes. 7 of those minutes was staring at our order of TWO sandwiches, sitting on the counter by the window while employes made more bags to pile up behind ours. I found 2 cheeses on my Rueben. American and Swiss, there should be ONLY swiss. I also found all sorts of sesame seeds in the wrapping. I'm not entirely pleased with the whole experience. We watched an employee (absolutely nothing wrong with this, I thank her) get off on her break after we ordered, take the full 15 minutes, come back work for a bit and that's when she noticed us to point us out to employees on hand, which is how we got our food when we did. Read moreThis Arby's is very good at taking your order, getting you through the line and having the order ready within moments. I only have two issue with this location. First is the location. The drive through starts at a entrance to the mall and it can be an issue, especially when peeps can't seem to get in a semblance of order, not block the entrance, and pull up when it's time. The other issue is the intercom is located at a point (well before menu board) where it seems some people can't read the menu and pull way past it. Never had a problem driving any type of vehicle seeing the menu. This appears to make the back and forth communication difficult to get the order done. This could be also the customers issue - not aware of intercom placement even though it is plainly labeled, unfamiliarity with the menu and not prepared to place order, or just plain mindlessness.
