I visited the store for the free pretzel day and anticipating to buy other items. There three staffs at the counter, all of them didn’t have knowledge of the promotion. I had logged in to website to use the promotion, they insisted the promotion doesn’t work because I don’t have the app installed. Which made absolutely no sense! After I downloaded the app, the app presented the same screens as the website, they couldn’t figured how to use it. They had no knowledge of the promotion, the cashier insisted I scanned the flyer on the counter to get the free pretzel! When I asked for the manager, all of sudden the promotion works. Then I asked for mustard with my pretzel , she made me paid for it! Which I know Auntie annie has the free mustard packages with the pretzel purchase. It was an unpleasant experience and will not go back when I’m in the mall. I ended up not buying...

I went to this location with my son on a Monday afternoon. There weren’t any other customers and I gave my son my card and asked him to order what he wants, just so he gets used to stuff like this. It took him a minute to tell the lady at the register what he wanted and when she asked a follow up question (in a very rude tone), my son took a moment to think and the lady at the register immediately yelled at me and beckoned me to come over and told me my son doesn’t know how to speak and to quickly tell her what he wanted before “the rush” (mind you, there was no one else there). I called out her rudeness and she said she’s not a “baby sitter for disabled kids”. My son is not even disabled but that comment is highly inappropriate regardless. This is a review for the kiosk by Walmart, not the main front by Sears. Horrible customer service tonight. They have an advertisement for a cup with drink and dipping sauce right there. Tried getting that but according to the cashier that's only for medium cups and the kiosk only carries large cups. When I asked why they even advertise it at the kiosk she just had a flippant attitude and told me "I don't know." I can understand if she has no control over it but the way she spoke to me let me know she couldn't care less about customer service. Perhaps she was anxious to get back to conversing with her boyfriend who was just hanging out at the kiosk. I've not had issues with the main front in the years I've gone to the mall so I'll make sure to go there next time. Or just go to Dunkin donuts which is only a...
