Savage Burrito — Restaurant in Virginia

Placed an online order for pickup. Arrived at the designated time (~20 min). Was told food would be ready in 5 min. Waited 30+ minutes, during which was again told multiple times by the hostesses that my food would be ready in 5 minutes. Each time they also provided the obligatory excuse, they had a large party, they had walk-ins, etc. My order was a single burrito bowl. One. Burrito. Bowl. Nothing complicated. Certainly not something that takes an hour to make. Finally asked for a manager and when he went to the kitchen, they were "magically" able to make my food in 3 minutes. When I finally got to eat, it was cold and dry. Prob could have gotten a better meal at Taco Bell. Definitely won't be ordering...

Honestly it’s good if you order from uber eats. Healthy portions but it usually takes 1hr+ to even get it made. I tried to drive one day and I believe the address is wrong or I couldn’t find it. Walked around the shopping center for 10+ minutes and couldn’t find it

UPDATE Saw a review that stated it was inside uncle julios. Second times a charm I was hoping, nope. The hostess stated even though they can make the food it has to be ordered through a delivery app… even though I was physically in the restaurant, hmm.. weird but okay. Hop on the app and it showed pickup not available. Hostess said she wasn’t sure why it was showing that and I would have to come back...

Savage Burrito is Uncle Julio’s, and it’s savagely horrible. The Savage Garden Burrito is truly an uncontrolled hot mess of large onion and red bell pepper pieces with very little smashed avocado instead of slices, black beans, corn, a lot of rice, a ton of pickled jalapeños, tomatoes pretending to be pico de gallo, laughable cotija cheese, and NO jalapeño ranch . It looks NOTHING like the photo. It appears that someone threw up in a tortilla and wrapped it up. The chili con queso is white Velveeta with peppers...thick and nasty.
