This was our first time here and I was blown away. The ambiance was so festive and clean and well-maintained. The holiday decorations made it very cozy. It just felt good as soon as we sat down! My three kids ordered their usual, chicken tacos, but Chuy’s version was the best and FRESHEST they’ve ever had! Every single ingredient was fresh and carefully prepped/cooked. The chips were even hot and fresh, the best I’ve ever had in a restaurant! We’re all picky about the chicken in restaurants, and this was again, the best I’ve ever seen. Such good quality, all breast meat, char grilled and neatly sliced. The toppings were all high quality, from the shredded cheese to the guacamole to the super-fresh lettuce to the flavorful tomatoes! Tomatoes are never flavorful and red in restaurants and these were! My Tortilla Soup was delicious, and not to be a broken record, but everything in it was flavorful and fresh, from the chicken to the broth to the avocado! The rice and bean side was also top notch. What a wonderful place for an outing, a five star experience from beginning to end!

Went on a Monday night, was not disappointed with their food! Chuy’s has some great food! They seemed to be a little understaffed, it was about a 25 min wait although there were many open tables. The hostess(Taylor I think) was awesome. Normally would comment on the wait staff but Taylor was running circles around everyone! She was dealing with a full waiting area, running Togo orders from the kitchen, answering the phone, and directing bus staff. She kept the front of the house together! After seating the chips, salsa, and glorious Jalapeño ranch was flowing on demand! Our waitress Eva did an excellent job juggling tables and kept the service running smoothly. Was surprised to see the manager running food and helping the staff as needed! My biggest complaint is that Chuy’s has shortened their menu so much that I miss all the old options I grew to love. I even heard the waitress across call the menu the “covid” menu. I get that Covid has changed things, but it’s nearly 2 years in, it’s like they are not even trying to bring back the full menu.

I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. The food was pretty good but a little pricey for Mexican food. The music was very loud and was playing Pop Music. I found that very odd in a Mexican restaurant. First, for everything. Restroom we're spacious and clean. We sat near the kitchen. All we could hear was a very loud woman yelling at the Chuy's staff every 3 minutes. I am not sure how the employees can work for her and under those conditions. The company may want to close off the kitchen so customers will not her the loud woman. Especially, when the staff are speaking about sexual harrassment with small children in the restaurant. I can't say if I will or will not be back.

Could have been better, honestly. So I was with a party of 11, We all ordered our drinks, our drinks were pretty simple, a couple of alcoholic beverages and a few soft drinks, one of our party never received her Diet Coke, My drink that I ordered kept being mistaken for the regular caffeinated version of the drink, I am unable to have sugary drinks due to a medical condition, thankfully the party was given water while we waited to place our drink order, which eventually became my drink instead of the original soft drink I ordered. One of our party guests even pointed out to our waitress that I was unable to have sugary drinks, even after my drink order was fixed, the drink was messed up AGAIN! The waitress barely even spoke or asked if we needed drink refills. There was also a man, who when bringing our food to the table, was rude. I simply stated "I had a steak fajita" The man replied "okay sir, it will be out in just a moment." in a negative tone. Two people in our party ordered the same thing, one with guacamole and one without guacamole, The man was like "Ok we will go back and get the correct order" after one of the guests said "I had the meal without guacamole". The party guest said it was okay with guacamole, still they insisted that they take it back and get the correct meal. The person who brought out my meal was very respectful and kindly handed me my meal, unlike the other two staff members, who apparently didn't care about the job. Usually when I come here, I never have any issues, but tonight showed a different side of some...

My family and I came in yesterday (Party of 6) to celebrate my birthday. We have visited before, and was delighted by the good food, pleasant service, and the artwork was very interesting. Overall, it was a nice experience. Fast forward to yesterday, and again, pleasant service (although a bit hurried), the food was spot on, and the art work was still there, you would swear the eyes were following you.

I guess my wife had spoken with the some of your staff, and asked if they would do the standard/traditional singing Happy Birthday, because 2 or 3 waiters/bussers awkwardly jumped out from the crowd milling, and painfully sang Happy Birthday! I politely smiled, and let them finish.

When they were finished, I felt something was missing?? No Cake! In all of my 39 years, and in all of the restaurants I have ever attended, there was always a piece of cake accompanied by the awkward singing. This underrated form of entertainment is as classic as the restaurant.

So, I would presume that with an establishment such as Chuy's, with your attention of detail, great food, and pleasant service, it wouldn't be an issue to provide this service. When I left this experience stayed on my mind, and sort of bothered me. Maybe it was because I was getting older, or maybe the lack of such a subtle, but thoughtful perk? I would probably say the second one.

In any case, you have a fine establishment, with many possibilities, but I will probably be choosing elsewhere when my family and I decide to go out. Thank you for your valued time...

OMG! We wanted to try a place we had not before so we stopped in here. We were originally told the wait would be 15-20 minutes but less than 10 minutes after we added our name to the wait list, we were seated.

First off, we noticed the menu was much more streamlined than any other Mexican restaurant to which we had ever been. The waitstaff was pretty nice though so we thought we would stick it out. We ordered a nacho, jalapeno and bean appetizer and it was awful. The beans were extremely mushy and the dish, overall, was definitely not the caliber of Mexican or Tex-Mex to which we were used.

Still, we stayed and ordered our entrees - one of which being a burrito. The burrito was drenched in what looked like brown gravy and white cheese which was something we had not experienced before. It was definitely a greasy confection that really was not suitable for us. As well, we ordered a fajita (I think) and it was nothing more than a pale, rolled up "thing."

Upon seeing all of this, we just asked the waitress to take the entrees back and we just paid for our appetizer and went back to one of our go-to restaurants. Honestly, this place is probably good for people who typically eat canned, highly processed foods. My family doesn't typically eat that way. We eat higher quality foods although we definitely eat high sugar/ high fat foods sometimes. This meal was too processed for the price. It really reminded me of public school cafeteria food. Don't think we'll be coming back...
