In January 2025, I got home to find a curly piece of hair stuck to my Cinnabon. I reached out to Cinnabon via Twitter and asked them to make it mandatory that their employees wear hairnet because a baseball cap is not sufficient if their employees are lifting up their hat. Here's their response "Sorry to hear about your complaint. But i am sorry to say that the picture you sent us it is so perfectly have lay it under cinnabon and tied up on one corner and so circled. That does not look like somebodys hair just fall out. Hairs that fall out does not circle and have tie on it and i am glad that you sent that picture because its perfectly set it up before sombody took a picture of it I have addressed your feedback with our team and hope you’ll come back and see us again. Read moreMy 1st time visiting a Cinnabon, and because of the poor service, my last time. I was in town visiting a friend, who took me to the mall, and I was so excited to see the Cinnabon, I had never had one. The lady at the counter barely spoke English, she couldn't tell me what was on top of one of the display rolls, and would walk away repeatedly when I was trying to ask questions. There seemed to be no one else working. I asked for 4 separate rolls of different flavors, which she replied back 4 rolls to confirm, holding up 4 fingers to me. Since she confirmed, I didn't really check until I was back at my friend's place. There were not 4 rolls but 3, and only 1 of them were correct. I had to leave town early the next morning and was not able to do any kind of replacement for my money. The originals were good, if plain as an original, which was not what I ordered. Read moreRefused to accept an e-giftcard that I received as a gift. The card was purchased directly from the Cinnabon website. Rude employees told me if it wasn’t from that location then I can’t use it. Also mentioned that being a franchise is a reason why they can’t accept it but aren’t all Cinnabon’s franchises? Apparently the manager was called on the phone and he told me no they can’t accept it and I was told that if I want to complain then call corporate. This wasn’t the first time I had an issue with this location. I was told here that the churro sandwiches were in Canada only which isn’t the case. Two other nearby locations had it that I got them from. I did call corporate and they weren’t happy to hear what had happened. The next day I received a phone call from the manager or possibly the district manager.
