I am not the type to stop and make a review unless it is THAT UNBEARABLE. I couldn’t even rate the food because we couldn’t get past the ordering and how rude your associate was. It was my son’s birthday and he wanted cookout. We were waiting in line and then a woman opens up the second register so I was like awesome…it was not. We were better off waiting on the other lady. I had my son order first and she started off with a good ol no eye contact and having an annoyance by him wanting two quesadillas. I noticed immediately her energy was OFF with him and he was nervous because he also felt her energy. He politely told her what he wanted and just stared at us so I assumed she was ready for the next order…I told my oldest to tell her and she rudely snapped and said “ummm what does he want to drink!!!!!?” I should have walked out right at that point. I was still trying because I didn’t want to ruin my son’s day. My oldest is autistic and went to order his food and she yelled at him when he struggled on his toppings because of once again her energy. He was so nervous he couldn’t speak!!! Once again, I helped him and she seemed irritated with ME. She then got impatient and said “next order!!!” Referring to im not taking care of this guest anymore for no ABSOLUTELY reason!!!!! I walked right out pissed off. We had people behind us that I am sure she said It was but if she kept that attitude, they would see it in their orders. I didn’t see her name tag but this happened around 12:30-1ish on October 5th..African American younger girl. Honestly, I am angry and maybe she was having a bad day, but I have been in her shoes and have always been more kind to people on my bad days. That was unacceptable and I truly think yall need to speak to her and figure out what is going on because we didn’t do anything to her for her to act that way and it ruined my son’s birthday..something as simple as cookout. My kids were DISTRAUGHT and hurt by her. In a world so messed up, be kind. The end.

Read moreI recently visited the Cookout fast food restaurant and had an incredibly disappointing encounter with the manager. I was hoping for a pleasant dining experience, but unfortunately, I was met with unparalleled rudeness and incompetence.
Upon trying to place a simple order for a burger, I found myself struggling to communicate my preferences to the manager. Instead of being accommodating or even attempting to understand my request, he was dismissive and unhelpful. When I politely asked if he could customize my order, he flatly refused and even went so far as to tell me that he didn't know how to take my order properly.
This level of disregard for customer satisfaction is completely unacceptable. I felt unheard, disrespected, and frustrated throughout the entire ordeal. As a paying customer, I expect a basic level of courtesy and professionalism, especially from the manager of the establishment.
I am deeply disappointed by the lack of customer service skills displayed by the manager at this Cookout location. My experience was so negative that I am hesitant to return to this restaurant in the future. I sincerely hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the need for better training and customer-focused attitudes among their staff members.
In summary, my encounter with the manager at Cookout was a prime example of how poor customer service can ruin what should have been a simple and enjoyable fast food experience. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before visiting this...

We sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes waiting to order (there was only car in front of us ordering food and the other lane had 3 people who had placed their orders within that timeframe), so he decided to park and go in. The cashier Daedrian had my order all wrong and when I told her that it was wrong, she told the people in the back that I wanted to change my order. I had to make it very clear to her that I wasn’t “changing” my order, but that she rung it up incorrectly. The food was cold! The cheese on the chicken quesadilla wasn’t melted at all, it looked like they threw the cheese on there and barely heated it enough for it to melt. My husband’s fries were cold. He had to go back in to ask for fresh fries and it still wasn’t good. His hamburger and hush puppies were cold as well. We will NEVER EVER go back to this...
