Wings To Go - Fredericksburg — Restaurant in Virginia

VERY DISAPPOINTED! I picked up boneless wings from this place today & took them straight home (I live literally a mile away), and when I started eating them I had to stop because they were DRY & TOUGH. I called the store and spoke to Brandon whom was nonchalant about the situation. I asked “how are you going to make this right” and he said “sorry there’s nothing I can really do about this because of company policies”. He did NOT even attempt to make it right. I asked if he could remake the order, and I would be willing to bring back what I had received, but he said no. Instead, he took down my name and number for the manager, Summer, to call me back within the next few days. This is absolutely ridiculous! Not only did I wasted $28.64, but then I was forced to go spend money somewhere else because they would not fix it. AWFUL...

Typically I have nothing but good things to say about Wings to go, the food is fantastic, the service is usually great, but this time it was a bit different. The store closes at 10, I called to make an order at 9:00pm and there was no answer. I figured they might be busy giving it was a Friday night so I waited a bit, called again, no answer. I decided to go to the store to put in an order and upon arriving there was no customer or employee in sight. The employees were in the back, not taking order or answering the phone . Basically ruining business for the evening . This is not the first time I’ve called to make an order an hour before close and...

So disappointing.... I was excited to see there menu pop up being a fan of W-T-G during there prior run in the Stafford/Fredericksburg area and this place is definitely NOT that. So it was boneless special day, .60¢/each which is more than fair deal especially with this size of the pieces you get. But thats about the only good thing about this review. I ordered suicide and Maui splash, neither had any real flavor and both felt uninspired. I also don't think the chicken was seasoned at all before being fried.

Overall very disappointing to have lack of any flavor on such huge breast chunks, excuse me...
