I had issues with placing my order on line when I was ordering dinner for my family. First, I had 60 points, so a free pizza. Unfortunately, the rewards pizza which is a medium pizza with 2 toppings. I ordered a regular pepperoni pizza ( only one topping), and then added other items. Dominos app then charged me for my free pizza. So, I tried a few times to figure out what was going on, to no avail.
I decided to call and place my order and get my free pizza. My first call, I was placed on hold for 10 minutes, hung up and called back. Again, same thing, but my patience only lasted 5 minutes. I called back and the male who answered again tried to put me on hold, but I stopped him telling him I’ve already done that X 2. I told him about my problem ordering on line, and he stopped me and told me he couldn’t help me with online issues. I tried to order and get my free pizza with the rest of my order, and he stopped me again and told me he couldn’t honor my online free pizza. Geez, I was very dissolved because we hav been faithful customers of Dominos for over 20 years here in Virginia. Perhaps with their increased television promise to fix mistakes etcetera has increased their business, but the number of staff members hasn’t. Being short staffed is not only frustrating to customers on hold, who have questions, and generally need assistance, but I could feel and hear the frustration of the staff member I spoke to, bordering on rudeness and clipped communication.
Dominos is my favorite pizza place, and has been since college for me, about 45 years. Please try to fix this, your staff is your most important asset because they represent you. Customers would like nothing more after a long day at work to speak with a happy, kind and satisfied Dominos staff member.

I was driving home and decided to place an order from their parking lot for pick up at around 10:55. At 11:00 the system kicked me out because their lobby closed, so I called them at literally 11:01 and said hey I'm right outside, can I still order? they said no. Ok, can you deliver to my house in Bristow? No. Can you deliver it to my car? No. can you deliver it next door to the Verizon? No. I'm speaking to the manager TOM GARZIONE btw, and he's like you can find a hot spot on the app to pick up from and I said I won't be doing that because I'm right here. Eventually I say ok, can I order to GIANT (which is open) and at first he says no and I say I don’t understand- if I were working at Giant and wanted to order a pizza here, you would refuse???? Eventually he says fine, just order it on the app and I said no, you're already on the phone I'll just place it on the phone. At this point he's really annoyed- which I don't understand why? I'm the one that should be annoyed and if you're a manager, learn to manage and handle situations that annoy you, TOM! Anyways, he ends up hanging up on me as I'm about to place the order with him! So I call the store back and watch him and his employee just watch the phone ring and when I called the third time, I asked the employee (very sweet kid) for the managers first and last name. Read moreI ordered pizza from here tonight, and I met the driver in the actual parking lot because he called to tell me he was there, before he was [there] at the entrance of my apartment complex and then when I told him I was at outside at the entrance already he responded with, “I’m be there shortly” and immediately hung up before I could respond.
Then, he presented me the opening of the pizza bag after I walked to meet him, while he looked away and made me grab the pizza out of the bag. Leaving a sauce cup I paid for in there.
So, idk. I tipped 10 bucks before the fact. And I want to take it all back. Worst experience from a driver from this location. Also, I will not order from here again. I’ve always tipped well and treated the drivers very nicely; not making them navigate an apartment complex; not rude to them, etc. So, what was the problem?
