Completely ridiculous the service I received from this location. First off me and my fiancé were very clear about what we wanted. We asked for one thing without tomatoes on it and the guy taking our order proceeded without taking the tomatoes off, then there were problems with the scanner for a coupon I wanted to use so he just stood there frantically looking around not asking for help, then when we asked if he took off the tomatoes he said no and asked if we wanted something else. My fiancé, already mind blown by the sheer unorganized business, said yes just to move on so I had to correct him again. Upon receiving our food the sandwich was completely burned and hard as a rock! Unbelievable that any human being with a brain could think that was acceptable to serve to a paying customer. When my fiancé asked to get another one that wasn’t burnt he was waiting in line behind an employee who was taking his time ordering his lunch, the same guy that took our order told him it was going to be and taste the same (mind you we didn’t even bite it because you can physically see and feel how burnt it was). Read moreI placed an order for delivery through Uber Eats from this location (Store #304706) on 8/22/25 and was very disappointed. My order was missing items (a donut and a bacon, egg & cheese wake-up wrap), and the drink I received was completely wrong.
When I reached out to Uber Eats, I was told to contact the store directly. Unfortunately, my experience with the store was even worse. The first call just rang with no answer. On my second attempt, I briefly spoke to someone who said he was the overnight manager, but he admitted he had just gotten in and wasn’t sure what was going on. The line went silent and then disconnected. Every attempt to call afterward went unanswered.
Mistakes happen, but what really frustrates me is the complete lack of communication and accountability. If an item is unavailable, customers should be notified instead of just receiving the wrong items. And if there’s a problem, the store should answer the phone and try to help.
I rarely leave reviews, but this was such a disappointing experience that I felt it needed to be shared. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both accuracy and customer service...
Read moreI'm a little surprised about all the negative reviews. I work in the area and frequent this location pretty often. I've never had any problems going through the drive thru and especially if you're in a rush, the option to even have a drive thru is a huge benefit.
In regards to the staff, its been the same group of people for quite some time. They are always very friendly and treat repeat customers like myself very well. I've been there so many times that they even know my order! Before I even have a chance to say anything, I can see them getting my Medium French Vanilla (Black) ready. They even go the extra mile and place one packet of sugar ontop of the cup because they know that I don't like my sugar already in it. If that's not quality customer service I don't know what is!
