I recently had the pleasure of dining at Dawarak's Bawarchi Indian restaurant and felt compelled to share my experience. Typically, I am hesitant to opt for vegetarian dishes at Indian restaurants, but I decided to try something new this time. To my surprise, the Jackfruit and Avakaya biryani I ordered was exceptional. It was a delightful experience that I had not anticipated, offering a unique and flavorful taste that I had never encountered before. Additionally, I had the opportunity to try the Tandoori chicken, which was perfectly soft and flavorful, making it an excellent choice to pair with drinks. The Chicken Pakoda was another dish that stood out, thanks to its delicious taste and perfect seasoning. It, too, was a great complement to the drinks. Overall, my dining experience at Dawarak's Bawarchi was outstanding. The quality of the food, from the vegetarian options to the non-vegetarian dishes, was impressive. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable culinary experience.

The food bawarchi has a traditional Taste and it's unique. My favorite appetizers are shrimp fry and Apollo fish. Apollo fish starter is so delicious. Coming to Biryanis I tried Raju chicken and mutton, gongura paneer, Jack fruits and keema rice items. Among non-veg I loved "Raju gari Lamb and chicken" most. Vegetarians must try gongura paneer and Jack fruits biryani. Bejawada boneless chicken biryani is something one must try. If there are 4-5 people, then they can try bawarchi special biryani because it covers all chicken, mutton, fish and shrimp; it's so delicious. Finally the food is so delicious 😋 and one must try. I have tried lot of food items and they are so tasty.

Its a total food Indulgence!!! This place is a one of its 'kind'. Exquisite food! Well done Spicy Juicy Tender Tandoori and jawstruck food. Apt place for foodies. Bang for the Buck! This place will mesmerize you with tasty dishes and bring back all your missed-mess-memories from India. The aroma itself fills your appetite. but it wont stop right there...there is more and more in store. Very Nice!! All 5 stars to this "5 star" restaurant. Oh, BTW, they just started today a thali style buffet, a round-platter served with all mouth watering meals. Cheers.

Bad restaurant, bad experience

I have been visiting this restaurant from past few of months and I strongly believe the quality of the food is degrading each day; I guess because of the business they are getting, they might have stopped worrying about quality of the food.

At first I felt the food was delicious and after several To-Go’s, I thought of taking my family there for dinner and luckily my brother was in town with family.. so 4 of us with 2 kids went there for dinner..

Having entered the restaurant, we had to wait for several minutes to be greeted and seated. Finally we were greeted and we settled at a booth (the biggest booth they have got). After long 20 minutes and several hard hand gestures to attract someone's attention just to place an order, I had to personally walk to the desk to get some help. Surprisingly people came after us ordered their food (couple of tables got their starters as well). Finally, head waiter (I guess that’s what he is based on his outfit) walked with me to the table to take the order. He is not even bothered that we waited for 20 minutes to get some attention and he mechanically taken the food order (as we don’t want to get any additional flavors on our food, we were quite). That was my first bad experience at this place and we're lucky that food was not that bad.

I thought people there were having a bad day and that’s why they didn’t treated us well.. so I was there again this Sunday for an afternoon weekend buffet with my family and I couldn’t believe what I witnessed.. we were there around 1.30 PM (they are supposed to have buffet from 11-3) but there was nothing left in any of the bowls and its taking them at least 30 minutes to refill any of the items. Here are the items they have

Chicken Biryani (I was there for an hour and I saw only one refill and people are literally waiting for it.. so gone in 5 mins) Chicken Curry (I know its name because its labeled as so), Goat Curry (with no pieces), Chicken Tandoori (I wonder if anyone got any.. always empty), Bowl full of Fish Fry (with nasty oil smell), White Rice Bendi Fry Vankaya Curry Nann (with refill at least 20 minutes interval)

I think, the food and the service was so bad that I am not going to this place anymore; no food, no napkins (you have to go to front desk to get a napkin and you get only 2 per head; I think they are all from Dollar tree store based on their quality). They moved the mouth freshener to cashier’s table so that they can watch how much you are having :)

I already forwarded this review to at least 50 Indian families nearby and I am sure they are forwarding it to all their contacts as well..

Oh.. forgot to mention, they even charged the kids meal to my just turned 4 year old son.. I am glad that my 1 year old was sleeping otherwise I might have ended up paying for him...

If you're a true biryani connoisseur, Dwaraka's Bawarchi Indian Kitchen is a place you simply must visit. With an impressive menu boasting over 80 varieties of biryani, this restaurant offers an unparalleled culinary journey through India’s most beloved dish.

The atmosphere at Dwaraka's Bawarchi is warm and inviting, with a cozy yet modern setting that makes it ideal for both family outings and intimate meals. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and always ready to help you navigate their extensive biryani options.

What truly sets this restaurant apart is the sheer variety of biryanis available. Whether you're craving the rich, aromatic Hyderabadi Dum Biryani, the spicy, tangy Kolkata-style Biryani, or even lesser-known regional biryanis, Dwaraka's has something to satisfy every palate. Each biryani is cooked to perfection, with tender meat, fragrant rice, and just the right amount of spice. They also offer a range of vegetarian and fusion biryanis, catering to a wide spectrum of tastes.

The quality of the ingredients and the mastery in preparation are evident in every bite. The biryanis are well-balanced, with layers of flavor that speak to the care and attention to detail the chefs put into their cooking. The use of fresh herbs, spices, and slow-cooked techniques ensures that each dish is bursting with authenticity.

Aside from the biryanis, Dwaraka's Bawarchi offers an assortment of delectable sides, including raita, curries, and chutneys that perfectly complement the biryanis. For dessert, the traditional Indian sweets round off the meal beautifully.

In summary, Dwaraka's Bawarchi Indian Kitchen is a must-visit for anyone who loves biryani. With over 80 varieties to choose from, it’s a haven for biryani enthusiasts. Whether you're a fan of classic flavors or eager to try something new, this place promises an unforgettable dining experience. Highly...

Went for dinner last night and and the it was absolutely pathetic. First hint of this is going to be a bad night; only one table of two people were having dinner when we arrived on Friday night at 7 PM. Second, while ordering, all the main dishes, for example " Dum Biryani" were not available. Even while ordering, it seemed like the server/host were bothered by my presence. Third hint, the soup (hot and sour chicken) was bad. I mean..it sucked! Had over cooked noodles. Third hint, the appetizer (chicken lollipop) were not fresh and full of chicken fat. Then came the main course ( Hyderabad Chicken Karahai, Mutton Korma and Chicken Biryani boneless). So....the Hyderabad Chicken was under cook, with yellow curry....tasted awful. The Mutton (Goat) Korma....get this..had raw, and smelling meat. I mean..this must be qualify as a violation of the health code, so I am hoping the city food inspector pays a visit...cause this certainly was the dish that really got me super upset. Finally..the "famous" Chicken Biryani, was warmed via microwave and clearly was not fresh. I am guessing two days old. Served with a cold boiled egg because ...get this..the server told it is a "compliance" issue. I could not believe my ears with the blaitant incompetence and lying....lol, becuase I think he should be more worried about the raw, undercook meat that was being served as far as compliance is concerned. So, sad thing is, I have ordered a few times, home delivery from Bawarchi Kictchen, and the food was great. Given that experience, I thought I should dine in and have the same good food, but that did not happen. Although, the server never charged for the dinner, as I was super mad, I still wanted to write this review so I hope the management can get thier act together. But for now, definitely, go at your own risk as I would highly NOT...
