Just don’t do it. The ratings are deceiving. First time ordering here and I made a pick up order. Once home, I opened the 2 orders of wings. One was good to go and the other batch was overcooked and the batter had black coloration where it was clearly over fried.

When picking up the order, I was not greeted the cashier chuckled to me and said “the food should be over there on the counter ”. I went back later that day after work to take the overcooked wings back. The same person walked up without any greeting again. I proceed to share with him the experience with the 2nd batch of wings to which he asked what does overcooked mean. I elaborated further with synonyms of the word overcooked for him. The cashier just laughed and said these don’t look overcooked and what do you want me to do about it? He also asked why didn’t I call?

The food...is...DELICIOUS and totally WORTH the money! Why? The chicken breast was bigger than my hand AND thick (not pounded thin) AND seasoned/fried to perfection. It was crispy, juicy, and just so good! I got spice level medium on my chicken sandwich and mild on the wings. The wings were perfect, too! The waffle fries (crispy and seasoned), coleslaw (not too sweet & perfect amount of dressing), and pickles (kosher, crisp, not salty) were the perfect accompaniments to such delicious chicken. I will be back to hand over my money freely! Caution: The medium spice level is HOT! I love spicy food, but the medium level was a bit much for me. My tongue and lips were suffering. I recently tried the halal chicken sandwich from Hangry Joe’s, and it was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had.
