I have been ordering from this place for 3 years and never had one complaint but tonight was different. I ordered a small beef and broccoli with extra sauce which I have done many times before....so I get my food which was over an hour late and I had no problem with that because they are busy on Friday and Saturday nights, so I take my food give a tip like I always do. I fixed my plate and I notice something different about the sauce but I still tried it any way. OMG!!! My food was so salty I couldn't even eat it. My husband calls and trys to explain what was wrong and the lady got mad and has refuse to deliver to my home anymore. I had to catch myself because I really started to take it back myself but I didn't think it was a good idea because I was treated so rude my temper was boiling so I just thought it was best to come to Google. I always will do business with a place that has good customer service. I just don't understand how you take someone's money and just tell them so what your food is nasty we don't care. NEVER AGAIN!!!! SO THINK TWICE...
Read moreI go at China House for pick-up and once I get there even after 15 minutes, my food is still not ready at all. I had to wait an extra 7 minutes for dumplings and rice. I specifically as-well said twice, I wanted my dumplings to be chicken, the “cashier” is the same person that has a line inside waiting for him while he is skate boarding during work, because it is a family business pretty sure by the looks of it. Anyways so, after I got the dumplings and ate some, it was pork and I went inside to make sure if it was either pork or chicken, the “cashier” and the cook both said pork when I said specifically CHICKEN. I am allergic to pork and I am not allowed to eat it either-way due to personal reasons. Their response was “Oh we gave you pork since there was no chicken”, without even letting me know. Read moreThis restaurant gets an "F" on customer service. They had this low-life driver that can barely speak English deliver my food--late. When confronted about why he was an hour and a half late, he had the audacity to say "you can pick it up yourself". That's true! but I requested delivery and no one should have to wait an hour and a half for food during low volume days. My advice, if you can't deliver on-time or at-all, get rid of the service. Moreover, both the driver and person taking the order should be able to speak English and have solid communication skills. Neither did in this case, and as such, used excuses and anger to justify their poor delivery service---of course I responded in kind.
