PLEASE COMPLAIN TO CORPORATE/HEADQUARTERS! The more people reach out to corporate the better. HORRENDOUS & NASTY STAFF! UNFRIENDLY! SMALL PORTIONS! This location has the most unprofessional and nasty ladies I've ever met in my life. I have a family of 6 and all the portions were all wrong, they barely gave us food. It was the body language for me and the lady next to the cashier kept rolling her eyes. The first girl behind the counter next to the tortilla press machine asked for some more brown rice in the back and I saw her scraping the container. She gave me half a scoop of brown rice in my bowl and a half a scoop of the new garlic guajillo steak. She passed my bowl to the next lady without waiting for the brown rice to be replenished. I asked the lady next to the cashier (in charge of toppings) for some more rice and told her that she was waiting on some more brown rice. She rolled her eyes at me and looked at me like I was crazy. She kept looking down at my food and looking up at me. She finally passed it back down to that lady by the tortilla press and slammed the lid on the counter. She was so mad that she had to take the lid off. My husband ordered 9 tortillas on the side and the toppings lady next to the cashier asked him if he asked the lady in charge of the tortillas. She was implying that my husband should walk back over there and ask her to give him 9 tortillas. The cashier kept asking for the tortillas because they were not making it. When she was done with all 9 tortillas, she slammed every single tortilla on the counter in front of my husband. I'm not sure if the cashier is the manager but I couldn't believe she was allowing this to happen. My husband and I kept it together because we didn't want to make a scene in front of our kids. My family didn't ask for anything extra or for anything free from your establishment, we just wanted the food that we paid for done right and be treated with respect. Read moreWell I went in today and got a chicken burrito. I got a chicken burrito with extra chicken and a bag of chips and was charged 23 dollars. When I read the receipt it said steak with extra steak so I was charged 7-8 dollars extra. No problem I took the receipt back in and told me they would need to charge me again and they would refund me for the other order after they consulted and found out I was telling the truth. I told them I didn't want to wait to get my money back on my card. I asked if they could just give me a gift card for the balance owed they said no they don't do that. Keep In mind I was extremely pleasant the whole time I'm a server and bartender at a restaurant and this Is not how you treat your customers. I have contacted Corporate and everyone working on 09/09/2024 will be in the report. Next time instead of being rude to your customer's the whole time and when you make a mistake don't try and make it the customer's fault. I had a large catering order that was picked up by a rep that was coming to my office. Somethings were missing off of the order and somethings were made incorrectly. Everybody is human people makes mistakes. I understand that I took the bow. I drove 5 miles to take the food back to let them know that some things were wrong. Some things were left off. She could have made a mistake. Y’all could’ve made a mistake let’s not point fingers. Can we just fix it can we please add some sour cream cheese, and lettuce to the bowl because it only had rice and pinto beans the man Proceeded to argue with me about it on the receipt, saying oh on the receipt here it doesn’t say that you want cheese and like I explained to him again people make mistakes.
