I just went through the drive thru and at the speaker menu, I was rushed to go through my order by the person taking my order. After everything I said he responded with “that it” and “are you done”.
I then complete my order and proceed to the first window. I was met with a guy in a yellow shirt, brown and light brown locs, and coke bottle glasses. Doesn’t say anything and just holds his hand out. I hand him my card then he hand it back with no receipt, no communication to go to the next window, he just turns towards the register. After about 2-3 minutes he says “you can go on now”.
The second window I was met with a new young woman who treated me with respect and was just all around pleasant. She has my highest praise.
That said, I understand what I’m going to get from McDonalds, the quality is consistent. However, what keeps customers coming back is the hospitality. I can’t guarantee I’ll come back to this one and may give the McDonald’s by Walmart...
Read moreWhen I do go to McDonald's I always enjoy what I order it's always fresh when I get it and I always have a pleasant visit.

I would say people are more approachable then they used to be before in a McDonald's and that's amazing people will sit down and have a conversation and you can really grasp what the neighborhood is like, what the area is like what the city is like, from the people that you meet in a McDonald's so it's...
Read moreI pulled off I-95 for a quick lunch on my trip home. I was considering Taco Bell and Wendy's, but the chicken nuggets at McDonald's made me decide to go there. When I was ordering at the drive-thru, they asked me what type of sauce I wanted with the nuggets. Since I told them and they repeated it back to me, I had no reason to doubt it would be included in the bag. When I received the bag of food, I didn't want to hold up the line to dig around checking for everything. So I drove on, back onto the highway. There was no sauce in the bag. Honestly, nuggets and even french fries are dry without sauce. In the future, if the employees ask you what sauce you want, they should be sure to include it in the bag. The entire lunch was ruined, and it makes me question whether or not I should stop by McD's again. Next time, I'm more likely to swing by one of the other...
