McDonald's — Restaurant in Virginia

Stopped here to get some fries and a sweet tea on the way back to dc. Pulling up noted the drive thru line was outside of the parking lot. I decided to go inside where there was only two ladies that where together and myself. The ladies ordered and the cashier for got to give them a cup. When he looked through their order he forgot to charge them for a cup. He says "here please just take it I apologize." That was a correct thing to do, then I step to the counter and order a medium fries and two sweet teas. He says "ok, here is your receipt" and walks away. I said excuse me my cups. He said "sorry" comes back to the counter and hands me one cup. I said sir I ordered two teas. he said "man, ok here's the second." He then walks away to talk to someone. I understand the drive thru is full but I only ordered fries. The manager stopped helping the drive thru to remake as womens latte for the third time cause her friend can't drink sugary things. When he finished he went and picked up a medium fries of which I thought yes I'm free; but then he sneezes over them and I think oh hell no those better not be mine. I watch he not wash his hands or purell and pack the fries up and go right out the drive thru window. I sighed but then realized I've been inside for 20 minutes for fries. The other employee who was working the window had one dry the he had just dropped and one that was almost finished. The pulled both fries and tossed them together and finally gave me fries. I left know that I had half cooked fries and half raw fries but by then I didn't wanna wait any longer to deal with it. Not a happy...

this mcdonald’s is extremely slow, which i can normally understand given they’re right outside the mall. but today i waited almost 30 minutes before i got my food. i only ordered a large fry and a large drink. i wouldn’t mind waiting if it they needed to make another batch of fries, but i could see the fryers from the counter and they were constantly full of cooked fries.

i’m not the only person who waited a long time. several other customers came to the counter complaining about having to wait over 20 mins for their food as well. the employees seemed to only want to attend to the drive thru. not only that, but other customers in the restaurant had ordered nuggets, and even though they were able to place the order, they were informed 20 minutes after their order was placed that they had run out.

i also had to wait a very long time to even get the attention of an employee to help me with my order taking so long. i got my food pretty quick after complaining, but wasn’t given my receipt so i cannot leave a survey review about this location.

i wasted my entire lunch break just waiting for food, because the place is poorly managed. i’ve had some long wait times at mcdonald’s, but go almost walked out this time. i didn’t even get an apology or an explanation as to why my food was so late. i understand lunchtime is stressful, but even a simple sorry is better...

Every time I go to this McDonald's drive thru there's always something wrong with my order. I just went today and asked for their new spicy chicken (plain) and with that, you get a free medium fries.....Okay, before I pulled away, I checked my sandwich to make sure that it was plain, which it was, but when I got home (which less than a mile away) my sandwich was not made fresh bcuz the bread taste like they just removed pickles from the sandwich & it wasn't the spicy chicken that I aaked for.....I have eaten just about half (just to see if it wasn't really spicy) bcuz some times you have to bit a few times to actually get to the spiciness of a spicy chicken sandwich.....So I tried calling them to let them know what happened, and they DON'T EVEN PICK UP THE PHONE, instead it goes to some sort of voicemail.. ...NEVER AGAIN will I go there, when you have Click- fla DIRECTLY ACROSS THE ROAD‼McDonald's, you're losing loyal customers.....I understand that we are living/working in trying times, but this is not the time to treat your customers any kind of way‼ Just FYI, I will not be back.....You lost this...
