I had previously posted a good review but I needed to remove it and update it now. It used to be a good place to get some food but due to different employees maybe the service has become absolutely abysmal. I have given them a few chances over the past couple months and I just kept getting disappointed by one thing or another. Today's experience was the last straw. I had a small order and wanted a trick or treat blast, my order arrived ok but without the blast. When I told the carhop and showed him the receipt he said "my bad I'll be right back". I waited and then saw the carhop and what looked to be the manager step outside for a smoke break. Still waiting for my blast they finally finish and then go back in and I'm still waiting so after 10 mins I press the red button and wait another 2 minutes for a woman to answer. I tell her I'm still waiting on the blast I never got and she said she would start working on it. I continued waiting even more and after having sat for 30 mins total I was about to leave when she came out with blast in hand. She came up to my window and thrusted the blast at me and I took it as it almost spills all over me in my car and she says "Have a nice day" and walks away without waiting for my reply. It was piss-poor made leaking all over the container and not even the right flavor. I couldn't believe I wasted that much time on such horrendous service. Hopefully there will be an employee change again soon and they will get some decent people who care about their customers even...
Read moreI placed a DRINKS ONLY order (4 sodas total). I advised through the app that I had arrived and advised the stall that I was at. 20 minutes later, still no drinks. I press the red button to advise that I am still waiting on my order (at the same time a long line of people have been serviced in the drive through line -_- ). I was never acknowledged at my original stall, when I pressed the button. So I went to another stall and pressed the intercom button. Someone responded shortly after I pressed the button and advised that they were short staff and that someone would bring my drinks out asap. That didn’t happen. I had enough time to sit and wait a few more minutes and then get out to see if I can just get my stuff from a walk up window but there isn’t one that I saw I got back in the car to wait and then finally my drinks came out. I was trying to order the food when the lady taking my order kept interrupting me ordering to ask me questions I was answering while ordering...then she kept taking extremely long pauses and would ask me the same questions. I was running out of patience. She got nasty with me when I was ordering the rest of the food. I got to the drive through window and sat for about 15 minutes waiting on my orders. I paid and got my food later. I was handed one bag. I asked the women at the window is this my whole order she said "ya I think so." I left got home and I am missing 90% of the food I ordered. Thanks for nothing. It would perhaps be better to hire people who can listen to more then three words spoken at a time. And also maybe someone who actually checks the order before sending it out and maybe actually checks the bag when the customers ask if that's the entire order before handing it to them.
