Thank you Papa Johns for officially settling our future debates on where to order pizza. After accepting an hour delivery window, one would think that a pizza and medium order of wings totaling $46 ( plus my generous $10 tip on a Friday night) would turn out to be the best thing since sliced bread. Quite the opposite e. One pizza that was obviously not fresh, along with the tiniest wings that had been sitting out probably for god knows how long for $46. The only reason I rate a one is because I can’t rate a zero. Good luck with that pizza brand. We really appreciate this location! We ordered carry out and then ended up having car troubles and called to see if we could just change our order to delivery. The pizza had been sitting for an hour at this point but we said we would just reheat it but the very nice employee on the phone said he wouldn’t want pizza that sat for an hour delivered to him. He remade our order at no additional cost only the charge of $4 for delivery. A place like this could have easily let the pizza sit, say it was fine, and send it. They could have said they can’t deliver it, they could have never even looked at. They chose to have integrity and it goes a long way. Thank you so much for the delicious dinner and for your honesty! My husband called in an order for Jalapeno Popper Bites and a regular sausage pizza. He paid by credit card and added a generous tip since we thought delivery would be "contact free". When the driver came to our door, he requested we sign the receipt (which had no tip showing on it). The Jalapeno Poppers were NOT in the box and instead we got a blah 10 inch cheese stix. The pizza had slid in the box and half the cheese had fallen off of the bread. My husband called the store to let them know we had not received what we ordered.
