This location seems to hate their customers and must have a special disdain for people that try to be kind, polite and understanding. They made my wife cry, which I'm sure they'll laugh and smile at contributing to destroying a kind spirit. Not that these people care, but all Popeyes in the area have lost our patronage, due to this and other incidents like it. My wife placed an order for a spicy 12 piece family meal with tenders, a large Mac n Cheese & a large Red Beans and Rice. Which is clearly present on the receipt in the photos. She received 12 piece tenders (which we later found out were mild tenders), and 3 small coleslaws. She caught the issue before leaving the parking lot. She walked in and politely (because she doesn't know how to match people's energy) let them know that there was an error, and asked if she could get the correct sides. The guy asked her twice which sides, and she told him Mac n Cheese & Red Beans and Rice. He put two large sides into a bag and gave them to her. She got back in the car and checked again to make sure she had the correct sides, to discover that the guy had put Mac n Cheese & Mashed Potatoes and Gravy (pictures provided) in the bag. At that point she started to cry and just drove home. Arrived home still crying... and I asked her what happened, and she relayed the incident relayed above to me. Most would wonder... why would this make someone cry? Well, it's because she's so disappointed that being genuinely kind and respectful only gets her blank looks, high prices, small portions, bad service, and apathetic attitudes. When all she wanted to do was keep dinner quick to spend more quality time with me after I had a long trying week.

If I could this location 0 stars I would. Came through the drive thru this morning at 10:45am & the store manager or manager on duty was taking orders. Saw the specials posted on the menu board & ask for the 12pc wing combo for $12.99. The manager was so rude & nasty!! He insisted they weren’t advertising the special I was ordering but informed him multiple times that it’s posted at the top of your menu. Going back & forth with the manager I stated “Sir I just took the picture on my phone; I can drive around & show you what I’m speaking about”. He said “NO! Stay right that I know everything on this menu & that’s not it so order something else”. WOW! Just WOW! How can you be supervising this location & you don’t know the specials your advertising. So I finally said “Sir I’m driving 30 mins away to come to Popeyes; I just want the combo your have on the special menu board”. He finally agreed to me pulling around to explain exactly what I was trying to order at the menu board. I pull up to the window he tells the employee to move to the side. Then states “That is not on the menu like I said before so I’m not going to honor that special”. He refused to look at my phone for proof of the photo. Then starts rolling his eyes and attempting to close the window. I just drove off! This was the worst experience at this location. I will be calling Corporate to inform this on this Manager poor performance & lack of respect to a customer that drive 30 mins every 1/2 weeks for this specific Popeyes location. Arrived thinking I’m going to get some good food and left disappointed & hungry. The pictures are below

I usually don't give bad reviews but can't help it this time. Taste of food from this location has been okay, the low rating is for malfunctioning app and poor service. Today, I had placed a pickup order of the 2pcs Signature Chicken - 2 Tenders - 2 Biscuits meal with cocktail sauce. But I came home to find they had missed the sauce. Previously also, I had redeemed a TMobile Tuesday offer - a free burger with the purchase of 10 bucks worth of food. But during pickup, they said the coupon had not got through on their end of the order. However, on the app, the coupon had disappeared from my account. They said that customer service would be able to help with app related glitches. So I called up Customer Service later, regarding the same, but there was no follow up or amends from their end, unlike what was discussed on the call. I frequent a lot of fast food chains and Popeye's has definitely given me the worst experience of all. Disappointed.

I usually don't give bad reviews but can't help it this time. Taste of food from this location has been okay, the low rating is for malfunctioning app and poor service. ..Stay far away from this place ...Very long review… if you are looking for a quick meal on a Friday night pass this location…. This review is real. I could not let this night pass without writing this review. I am a busy lady with a family and life but needed to put this out here in details. First, I order five pieces of chicken 2 side and 2 biscuit and a small sweet tea. Pulled up to the window a young lady came to the window and asked did I have the 5 mild thighs I said yes, In the mist of waiting for my order I received my food. Pull up counted my chicken I was missing a thigh. I go back around to the drive thru window and told the young lady on the speaker that I was missing a thigh she asked me to drive around at this time 4 cars are in front of me, keep in mind not feeling well at all, I would have gone in. I asked if they can bring it out to me with it being your mistake a new voice on the intercom … said no we are trying to move the cars am sorry no we can’t. (So that explain to me why I was been missing chicken) So I am waiting to pull up. I politely ask for the manager she came to the window with a TUDE and said yes , I asked her why would you ask me if I had the 5 mild thighs and put 4 thighs in my box after that all H* broke loose this women scream to the top of her lungs it wasn’t me it wasn’t me that came to the window , she look over at another employee and said I was talking to her…… at this point I am like WHAT, you don’t remember coming to the window asking me about the thighs , at this point my mind was definitely blown , so she continue to yell and say you not going to talk to me like this, you not going to pop off at me, hitting her fist , now this is the manager that is carrying on in front of other customers in the stores punching her fist , couldn’t believe my eyes she was really a manager . So, I asked her again are you a manager because I am a manager and managers don't ask like this she said yea I am a manager what do you think, and she continue to scream to the top of her LUNGS **you aren’t go pop off on me *. I ask the young lady what is her name she yelled Brandi while walking off which I found to be very rude .She also yelled that I am not the only one that is waiting on food and I will get you your thigh, I would never, I mean never come to this POPEYES again. I wanted a refund and I knew I was too far from home because I would have requested my money back but with this being said they have lost a customer this POPEYES is located beside a big lots on west broad street , I just can't believe they would hire someone like that to be a manager, If you have cameras, they need to be pulled you can also email me once you look at it . This happen on 09-21-2018 at 8:15 pm to 8:45pm. The outcome of this incident is a gentleman came to the window and apologize and said that he was the manager on duty and offer me 2 extra thighs. This email took 20 minutes of my time to write. In my many years I had no idea I would be writing a review like this on yelp I would never eat at this location again. I am still in a state of shock that people was pulling this women back like she was going to fight me because I asked her about the chicken . I will never return to this location. I will spend my money somewhere else that have respectful employees that care about their customers. After my incident I will use yelp for all my dinning needs before I attend any place to eat at.

They can give me Popeyes for life, I still want to be back. Hopefully she can watch that video and see how she acted it was a disgrace. You don’t have to worry about me returning to any Popeyes. This is how terrible it was. I am done with all Popeyes and that how I am going...

This is the closest Popeyes to my house. That is why I continue to visit. I have stopped using the drive thru all together because my order was always wrong. I typically get a 3 piece tender with fries and a side of gravy only! This evening I had enough of the managers lies and her arguing back with me. Every time I walk in and Miss D/Donita is always there, something is always said or done wrong with my order. Today when I walked in there were 3 people before me waiting on their order. She stepped away from the register and said something to one of her employees and I felt like it was about me because they both turned and looked at me and Miss D then walked away and I had to wait to have my order taken by the other girl after she prepared 3 meals. This evening my gravy was so sparse I could see the bottom of the gravy cup. I walked back in and asked her to fix it. She told me it was suppose to be 3 scoops. It was obviously 1/2 of a scoop. I lost my patience with her after continues horrible service she has provided me. Last week when I was there she proceeded to tell the older white manager who's name is I think John to charge me an extra 1.99 for gravy when I clearly get 2 sides with my tender platter. When I asked him why I was being charged extra he said to ignore her. Tonight she felt the need to argue back with me about never seeing me in that establishment before after I told her she seemed to have an issue with me as a customer and that I would be calling her manager to complain. She told me she's never seen me there. I can provide bank statements of dates I was there to show you that every time I came she was there. And every time something bad happened if she saw me or touched my order. She is unprofessional and raised her voice with me this evening infront of numerous customers around. I started to raise my voice back telling her I wanted my food so I could leave. She wanted to argue so I once again asked her to retrieve my gravy so I could leave. She wanted to argue still and other employees started to come around her which threatened my safety being as there was 4-5 of them there and me by myself and I got all of them around her infront of me.. I never threatened her. Only argued that she obviously had an issue with me personally.. After what felt like 5 minutes of arguing she went and retrieved my gravy after I said I didn't want her touching my food.. They then told her to calm down and she said oh I don't care, I am calm. Well she needs to care. This lady is going to be the death of this restaurant. She is not nice to her staff either. While waiting for her to retrieve my gravy the first time. She never came back and the cashier had to go get it herself after fixing my meal. She then came around the corner and was speaking to an employee about putting a table away while I am still waiting on my gravy. Please get rid of her to save...
