Hot mess...I wish I could give 0 stars. This was my first time trying this place. The prices are extremely high. However, that wasn't the icing on the cake. The chicken was sitting up there for a long time and when I asked the Spanish cashier to make some fresh she said that they had to get rid of the old first. I asked her how long had that chicken been sitting there and she said 10 minutes. Not only that but I asked for dark meat and because they didn't have 8 pieces dark she snuck white meat on my order. When I realized it and asked that she give me all white meat she dtaed it would be am extra 20 minutes. Not only did she make 2 pieces to satisfy my order but she stated that the old 6 pieces that I currently had was still good and could sit for a total of 4 hours under the warmer. I've been going to R&B for several years and my have times changed ! We ordered chicken wings and the waitress tried to discourage us from ordering them by telling us they were out however a few minutes later we were told they were not out they were just going to have to cook , absolutely made no sense because wouldn't you have to cook them regardless if someone ordered them ? The portion sizes are terrible , the people beside us wanted a alcoholic beverage and they were out of four of their five choices . I have run a food service establishment for twenty years and I can tell you this place needs some serious overhauling if they intend to survive in a town with fabulous...

My husband and I ordered food from this establishment and we both are very displeased. He ordered crab cakes platter and I ordered croaker platter for $27 for both meals they look like they both was worth $5 each. They only gave me the back of the fish, which was all bones, no wings of the fish, the vegetables were half cooked and they didn't give no bread for the bone fish. My husband got (3) small crabcakes, serving of a child's meal.
