Being very far behind in my reviews, I wanted to be fair and note that this “lunch” took place sometime shortly after your restaurant opened this year. I hope that it has improved since then.

I understand things get hectic at lunch and dinner rushes in most restaurants, but this was ridiculous. We had to wait for a group to leave to get a seat; they took all their trash, and told us “Sorry- just to let y’all know, we had to clean our own table when we sat down; we found some paper towels over there…” pointing to a small table. I sent my wife to wait in line for our order to be called, and put my truck keys and hat on a small clean area of the table. I retrieved the towels, went to the bathroom and wet them down. Upon returning, I had to shoo some folks away from our table, and cleaned it.

After my wife returned with our food, I went to the female worker bellowing out the names of “ready orders”. (Y’all need to get a microphone of some sort!) I explained that what few tables were open are filthy, not to mention the floor wasn’t much better. She apologized, and sent another female to our table with cleaning supplies; I again explained we already cleaned our own, but she might want to help the two other parties that were looking for cleaning supplies themselves. That poor gal looked absolutely flustered and lost, and I felt sorry for her.

My wife and I each got the “Caniac Combo”, planning on eating 1/2 there and the rest for our dinner; (It works out well- we’ve both have had weight loss surgery and one meal equates two for us)

The chicken fingers were ok, but not very warm. The bread was somewhat “soggy” (I figure out that one!) and the crinkle fries were cold. We ended up just leaving after each taking a few bites, and warming it up at home.

Besides this taking place sometime after your grand opening, many Chesterfield County residents thought that Torchy’s Tacos was opening that same Saturday; since we walked up to Torchy’s and it being locked- we followed the herd over to your restaurant just a short walk across the parking lot. But— I think if y’all open your doors at Cane’s you should be ready for business. It wasn’t a good experience or...

This was my first time trying Raising Cane's and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I went in with an admittedly skeptical attitude since most fast food in the area has been disappointing more and more lately. I got there shortly after 1pm on a Thursday so I’m not sure if there is heavy lunch crowd but the line was basically nonexistent. The staff were very pleasant and polite and got my order correct. The only problem I have is this place in another that asks for your name. I always find this annoying as I think it’s unnecessary and wastes time, especially since most times I must repeat my name because they don’t understand. The food also surprised me as it was hot, fresh and delicious. The chicken was juicy and had the perfect crisp crunch. Even the fries were good and had a crisp to them when I expected them to be soggy since they serve those generic crinkle-cut fries which whenever I usually get them are limp, wet and underwhelming. The only complaint I have about the food is what it comes in. They serve the food in those big Styrofoam clamshell containers. The ones that trap all the moisture in and inevitably condensates and drips all over the food. So, you must eat quickly, if not you’ll get a soggy mess. Now the price. Yikes! The only big issue I have, this place is crazy expensive, and this is the only reason I won’t visit as much as I want to. I know costs are going up everywhere, but I think this is a little too much. I don’t think my jaw has ever dropped so much as it did when I saw the menu prices. They can definitely do better here. In the end I highly recommend giving this place a try and look forward to...

this is the WORST fast food restaurant i have EVER been to. The food is great most of the time consistent, but the service oh the service it makes this restaurant more like a sit down restaurant rather than fast food. I came in through the drive through at around 2 on a sunday with one other person in line, i order my food and it takes 20 MINUTES for the guy in front of me to get his food. It would have been acceptable if it was busy but when i am the only other guest in line it’s unacceptable. When i got to the window i was greeted by the potent smell of weed it literally almost made me gag, while i dont care if you smoke weed when that’s the thing you smell at your business rather than the great food you have an issue. The cashier said abt 2 words to me which were Hi and bye he just stuck out his hand for my card didn’t say my total didn’t confirm that i actually had an order or anything just took it and paid. I than proceeded to wait about another 8 minutes for my food AFTER i waited 20 minutes in line for the guys informs of mines food. what were they doing between the 2 orders? probably getting high in the back. I sent in a complaint online and got a call for the manager and explained my complaints. She was great very understanding but then after i didn’t respond for about 3 seconds yes 3 seconds you hung up the phone. I than received a call back around 20 minutes later. This location is the WORST fast food place in the area AVOID...

This was my first time having Cane’s after hearing rave reviews and watching videos for so long! The chicken quality did not disappoint - super tender and juicy. The breading was under seasoned and lacked salt which surprised me. Would’ve been the perfect tender if it has just that little kick! Fries were delicious and crispy which took me by surprise because i’m not a crinkle cut lover. The sauce was good - not fantastic like I had heard but it was good. Bread was also so delicious and warm! Cole slaw was too sweet for my liking. Sweet tea is always a hit for me. Service was super friendly and positive and prices were good for the amount of food!

Change lanes and choose Canes! Stopped in for lunch with 2 kids on a Monday afternoon. We were immediately greeted upon entering the establishment and able to place our orders. We opted for the box combos that include fries and a drink along with 4 strips of chicken. After filling our sodas and selecting a seat in the dining area our name was called to pick up our hot fresh chicken. As you can see from my pictures the food arrived hot and tasted fresh and delicious. We waited for a long time for Raising Canes to come to the area and they did not disappoint.

Just drove thru for my first time for a light lunch. The options were limited to several variations on the chicken tender combo. I ordered the Kids Combo with 2 tenders, crinkle fries and a small drink, plus their amazing Cajun sauce. I thought the other choices were too much & too expensive for lunch. The food was piping hot! Tenders were lightly crusted, crisp and moist. The fries on point. Dipped in the sauce...sooo good. Definitely a good value and a satisfying meal at $7.50. I'm glad I'm a big kid at heart.
